JUST THE FACT COPS ARRIVED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, THEY WOULDNT SWITCH ROOMS OR REFUND US THE ROOM, WE WERE LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO THE DILEMA IT WAS SCARY AND FRUSTRATING, WE WANTED TO LEAVE!

Bedsheets have a bad smell,a/c leaking smell like dirty water,they didn't have no pillows, front desk and staff doesn't care

This place has went down. It’s sad to say ever since Motel 6 took over. It was dog Doodoo in the halls. The bed was itchy. I saw things on the bed. The non-smoking section smells like smoke the pool is out of order when I was laying down in the bed I got a couple of bumps on my arm I had to go and relocate

Nice helpfull staff at the reception. But appartementbuilding and area are not too nice..

Checking in was smooth . Staff was welcoming

since I entered without air conditioning in the reception and the avitacion with a very bad smell and the sheets were very dirty and stained and smelled too bad

I know it’s a motel , but it smelled Bad . Thank God I carry my own bedding everywhere. The bedding was dirty , the bathroom was nasty . I nearly stayed I was very uncomfortable wouldn’t be back .

Probably the dirtiest place i ever stayed in. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the smell and how unclean it was. Dont mean to complain but it was a horrible experience

Not well maintained. Needs more maintenance. Had holes on restroom door. Curtain pole was held with random screws. Clogged sink. More cleaning needed. Blankets and towels looked very used and stained.

The staff was lovely, I stayed one night to rest before the drive to key west and it was quiet for me to rest with my small pet. Clean room.

Room had no refrigerator and microwave Ice machine don’t work the elevator is about to fall apart and smells like piss. Extremely upset and disappointed.

This motel its definitely more for like the locals .. faucets loosen, rust everywhere, simple bed and a TV nothing else in the room .. AC units almost all of them have a bucket underneath but in reality there was water everywhere... elevator does NOT seemed safe and was really dirty .. ended up staying 1 night and had to check out the next morning... I didn't feel safe staying the rest of my scheduled time...

Nasty , dirty room . The bed with a lot of hairs and also the towels , the floor very dirty , to noisy at the morning with the cleaning cars and the shower was broken . Not happy at all .

Rm 223 the ac was broken my rm was down graded to rm 225 and the shower was clogged room smelled like fresh paint. Behind the bathroom door you can tell that a dog was trapped in that bathroom because the dog paw marks on the door. Ice machines out of service only one working elevator. No ac in the lobby vending machine serving hot beverages. Pillow had gray stains. Besides that amazing front desk staff made me feel welcome dispite of the commotion of one guest who was just screaming on the top of her lungs complaining in the lobby about the lobby to someone on the phone FRONT DESKED REMAINED CALM AND PROCEEDED WITH CHECKING IN GUEST EVEN THOUGH THE LADY WAS DISPLAYING OUT OF CONTROL BEHAVIORS. This not my first time here I have had better experiences as far as my stay…. But this is MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING FIRST CLASS SERVICE IN THE FRONT DESK IN THIS LOCATION SINCE 2010 I’m sorry I forgot his name but look in my folio that guy he is the bomb.com

Dump bed sheets, rusted furniture, not being able to readjust the ac (room was at 66° with dump sheets)

Woke up to everything very wet. The humidity in there was horrible. I had to send the kids to school smelling like mildew. But I never have a bad experience with the staff or this place. Love it here..

The reception was not pleasant, the workers argued in front of me, the man at the reception (Marvin) did not have a kind treatment, the cleanliness of the place was terrible.

Elevator jerks and makes unnerving noise. Room was dingy, dated, and in poor repair. Pulled mattress cover back to reveal a filthy mattress. Left the property and checked into a different hotel.

we were greeted with a very kind and professional lady when arrived !! she went above and beyond to make our check-in fantastic!!! great stay !!!

The pool was working, the lobby smelled like unwashed bodies and the ice machine was broken 💔 If that wasn't enough, the elevator sounds like it's on its last legs and it's damn inconvenient for dog owners, considering it promotes pet friendliness!!!

It was disgusting the area is not safe we saw someone wearing a ankle monitor the room looked like either there was blood dripping or a paintball fight I wanted a pillow cuz there was only one and never got didn’t even get to sleeep it was horrible so not stay here!!!!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. When we first arrived, we were shocked to see a cockroach crawling away from the counter. We immediately alerted the staff, and the person next to me killed the roach. After we checked in I'm going to weather the elevator we thought it was very dirty and nasty going up on the floor we heard a huge banging outside the elevator underneath the elevator and we thought that this elevator was going to fall apart once we got into the room we saw a huge bubble gum on the headboard and was disgusting I was so embarrassed with my wife days later we asked for bed sheets and they say they don't service the room and they don't have no sheets The third night being there someone was banging on the door around 1:00 in the morning we were so scared that we call the service desk and no one would picked up the person only left after we threatened to call the police Out of the 7 days we stay there four times the keys will not work very inconvenience when we had to go back again into that crazy elevator to activate the keys this happened around four times and every time we win the gentleman will say that the keys are very sensitive and they get deactivated very easy Again I would not recommend this place to No One the pictures that you see online are nothing what you see in person
