That the owner called to notify me of the backyard almost being completely flooded, and that she did not want me or my family to be flooded in due to the recent hurricane.

I reserved this place last Monday to evacuate from the recent hurricane. The owner called me that evening before I left work to advise me that the last customers that stayed there during the last hurricane, got flooded in. The customers had to use neighbors' trucks to get around to the stores and put their stuff upstairs because the place was flooded all around there. The owner also stated at that moment, the water was on her grass area and not beach-like at the moment. She told me that she did not want that to happen again, this is what she called to advise me and give me the option to cancel my reservation or keep it. The owner also advised that if I cancel, she would be completely OK with that as well as give me a complete full refund due to the circumstances. I have only gotten a partial refund and not my full refund as discussed, which means she has gotten over with a free 300 and something dollars. Even though she called me to advise me, she has not called me back, returned text messages, answered voicemails, etc. no response to Booking.com messages at all! Die Villa untere Etage war für uns. 4 Zimmer und zwei Bäder, separater Eingang. Die obere Etage ist für die Eigentümer. Der Pool sehr groß das Wasser wird täglich gereinigt. Die Aussicht auf dem See ist toll. Das urige mit den großen Palmen und den Blumen hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Cutler Bay ist sauber und ruhig. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Islamorada, Marathon und Key West. Miami ist in 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns war es ein Paradies und zukünftiger schöner Ort jederzeit wieder zu kommen.

Wonderful, clean apartment with a pool on the lake. Beds were very comfortable and manager responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

The pool and little beach by the lake were great. The owner let us use a small boat.

The fridge is VERY loud and there was a cable across the floor which was easy to trip over. There are coconuts laying around and a chopping block which is nice but the machete was left out where a child could play with it!
