The room was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed frame was broken and made for difficult sleeping. Parking lot was so icy we could barely stand up at our car. Breakfast had plenty to offer. Overall a good experience but please take care of the icy parking lot. As older adults, it’s terrifying to think about breaking bones just to get in your car.

Best Western in Soldotna is centrally located. Our room was at an end at the back so road noise was minimum. Noise from rooms nearby and above was noticeable but not over loud.

Seriously, do not stay here! Overpriced and filthy. Bugs in light fixture in bathroom, toilet paper holder broken and had a spring holding one side. Musty, moldy smell in room..(even had the nerve to insist on a $50 cleaning deposit!) Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Directv did not work. Front desk said it was due to the weather but it was barely sprinkling. When we checked out, front dest clerk was laying on the couch with earbuds in.

Spendy for the quality but that’s more a function of summer prices. Nice and quiet building. Plenty of hot water for showers. Self serve breakfast was above average and the host of the breakfast had amazing customer service.

everything was great. there is an RV park behind the motel and some drivers going through the motel parking lot were too fast and unobservant of people getting into their vehicles

Booked a 2nd floor room. They gave me a 1st floor. Desk attendant said 2nd floor was the bottom floor. ???!!!! Hotel had 4 cars on my side and she said No 2nd floor rooms available.
Not helpful and would not fix their error and wouldnt compensate me. Trim falling off around door, bathroom door comoletely bent and top portion of hallow door would not fit/close. Cold air poured in through windowsills and outside door frame. Not a 8.2 rating Expedia. Sorry.
