Hotel was nice, there were a few things that could be cleaner in the more public areas and one of the two elevators had been out of order.

I from check-in, to check-out was great. The beds are oh so comfy and we will def be back. My ONLY complaint is there was no mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks in, but tje ice bucket worked wonders.

Loved the location and ease of parking

Everything was superior. The room was comfortable with a sofa and an exceptional mattress. Linens were clean, bright and high quality. Step-in shower had adjustable shower head and great water pressure. The staff was courteous with their information and assistance. we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!

Elevators were down had to use the service elevator. It was rickety and out of inspection. Room furniture was in poor condition. Staff was friendly.

Hair was still on the restroom floor a lot of dust along the floor walls and bed. Water leaking in the restroom.

Hotel lobby was really cool. Hotel was very outdated though. Chairs were very stained, blankets stained. Holes in the wall of the rooms. The first room we were in, had something nasty smeared on the bathroom wall. So they moved us to another room. That room smelled like wet dog, and the carpet felt tacky. The weight room looked pretty clean though. For a Wyndham I expected more. We did not check out the pool, so unaware of how that looked.

The hotel has a lot of potential and in general is nice, however, I have a few sticking points that brought down my overall score: - There is limited parking on property. The majority of hotel guests will have to park in the structure across the street or on the street (both free), however, not on property. - Both elevators were broken and we had to use the service elevator, and from the sounds of it, this happens pretty frequently. - The HVAC unit in the room made a loooud sound whenever it would turn on, and considering I stayed in the summer, that was pretty frequent. - I stayed in a non-smoking room, but it definitely faintly smelt like someone had smoked in there, and the bathroom smelt kind of like weed. - No mini-fridge in room, which is kind of expected from a property of this caliber/price point.

The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating! The room was clean, A/C was cold, and I got a VERY hot shower. No complaints from me!

Great place to sray

It took the staff in restaurant area for ever to get me a table, to get my order and to get me the check.

Pros, Beds were great and comfortable. Service was excellent. Cons, room had an old smokey smell to it, we had one towel and had to call for more towels. Bathtub drained slowly, when you done showering you had three to four inches of water that the tub held.

Charge extra for any request even a check in before 4pm. No fridge or microwave in room but can get one for a fee. To order room service you have to go pick it up. Evening lady at front desk was rude but everyone else spectacular attitude and service

This place is criminally overrated and falls far below the level of a 4 star hotel. It is very old and not well cleaned or cared for. Extremely amenity light with no mini fridge or microwave in rooms. Nearly everything in this hotel was broken. The hotel smelled of mold probably from the fountain in the lobby. The staff were not at all welcoming and seemed annoyed when I had to come back down the elevator twice to try to get a room key that actually worked. Also, it was pet friendly but the rooms are not at all sound proof. You could hear big dogs barking in the lobby constantly. I will NEVER stay here again.

Rooms and carpets are a bit old, but rather then that is ok

I paid for a higher quality room, when I checked in, the room was not cleaned from the last guest. I went to reception, and was transferred to a different room. I asked if the new room was the same grade as what I had paid for, and they said yes. The room was definitely a downgrade.

This property is old and its not really in a great location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful but it's still hard to overlook popcorn ceilings, toilet paper holders half off the wall, tasteless food when we ordered room service, and absolutely horrible eggs at the buffet. We selected the property for it's general location and breakfast with the room. In short, there was no real value for the money. I will not stay at this property again.

Sink had mold along the edge. Shower had mold along the track of the sliding glass doors. Hair left from another guest on the pillow cases. Dirty shoe prints on the comforter. It was so disgusting! Won’t stay here ever again.

Good service

Was a perfect location for attending a concert at the Majestic. Literally a block away from the venue. Staff was great and also enjoyed the hotel bar.

Rooms were great! Front desk staff was great! Our only complaint was breakfast! I mean, who serves BURNT TOAST to visitors??

This was my 3rd stay at This Wyndham. I was a little disappointed this time. My bathroom sink was far from clean with several long hairs and some black specs in and around sink. also, both mornings (I was traveling with Ed Zook another guest at the hotel, and our breakfast was brought out completely wrong both mornings and service was shockingly slow. Lastly, your dining area had not real sugar either morning for coffee. Waitress said y'all were out for a week or so. seems odd.

The staff is super cool the beds are comfortable… The AC worked great and it's 97° out today and the location is in central downtown which is perfect for the things that we were doing. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Fort Smith.
