we had a great time, and this seemed to be easily one of the nicest places in the area.. resort has everything you might need. We saw plenty of families of all kinds, too. We took the boat tour and rented wave runners, both were great. Our room view was fantastic.

The resort is lovely and room was very nice. It seems like they are transitioning so there are things in the room that are old but other amenities that look updated. For example, bathroom shower doors look from the eighties but the floor and shower tiles have been updated. The room we had a running toilet so the door needed to be closed so that we could sleep.
The main door to the room would stick since it looked like they painted over the paint but never stripped the old paint prior to repainting it. Opening the door took a bit of man power to get in and out of the room. The biggest disappointment was the bed mattress. It was either old or they purchased an extra extra soft mattress. It was like sleeping in a hole. It was so bad I left the place with a sore back and stiff neck.
Nonetheless, the place had a great view, two restaurants, and felt clean (for the most part). Staff was great and helpful. Not sure if I’d go back again because of the bed but if that was addressed, I would definitely consider it again.

Good weather, ate out mostly, room service slow and served in Styrofoam. Would have liked live music (we were there during the week) Enjoyed the private beach. Loved our balcony and room view, would return!

Great little welcome bag with Prosecco and champagne flutes for the perfect sunset toast. Resort has all the amenities of a high class beach club without being pretentious- such a win! Will be back! Snorkle trip from the onsite service was amazing and so were Captain Brad and Courtney- 10 stars

Amazing outdoor areas, ocean bay views, huge pool, tons of amenities. Nice big balconies in all rooms. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice five days. The staff was great. The property was clean. There was so much for everyone of all ages to do and honestly you don’t even have to leave the property. They have too great restaurants on site and the rooms were clean and we are looking forward to going back next year.

Love that all rooms have balcony with water views. Can open the sliding doors completely and enjoy some fresh air at sunset. Pool and beach are beautiful

Conveniently located 1 hr away from Miami it is a nice getaway. Was disappointed we couldn’t extend checkout beyond 12 as it as my birthday and facility was rather empty
We tried to stay until 1 to enjoy the property and have time for a quick shower before ride home.

It’s the perfect place if noise doesn’t bother you at all. The pool area music was loud (I could hear it in the my room’s bathroom with all doors closed), and the pool area is in use until 10-11 at night. The linens smelled like they were left wet too long before getting to the dryer. I didn’t complain about any of this, so who knows if anything would have been done. I read a few reviews about the noise after we arrived exhausted and unable to sleep.
The bar is terrific and the sunsets were phenomenal! The food was also very good, and there are a lot of water activities on site.

The place was great. Pool and beach was close to each other and the tiki huts and chairs where free. The bar staff was not so nice. The spa my wife had to go exactly at the time of her appointment. Instead of having her wait in the lobby to be given water or coffee, she was told to come back. Overall the place was nice and relaxing

The property was awesome however few things I did. It like our room lock did not function well engineering had to come few time to fix the lock and even after that it was hard to unlock with our key. The service was great until our last night the staff at the bar was overwhelmed and could not get our food order and the restaurant had a long wait we decided to get room service we kept getting disconnected and when we got through they took our order but our food never came so ended up not eating dinner that night which put a sour taste to the whole service experience which was great till that point
