Interesting property. Fine for the night we stayed, however our room was quite hot and being in a room that faced into the building there was no way to cool it off except to open the door, which wasn't exactly an option. If the temp could be adjusted with the thermostat, ours did not work. Breakfast, as with most hotels these days, was slim pickings.

This is an older property but is in good shape and well maintained. The restaurant and the bar are closed. This location appears to be under new management, we'll see how it goes.

Hotel was ok. It is an old hotel but service was good. My room smelled like a smoker had been in it. But my main complaint is they had one luggage cart to service everyone and it was busy. This hotel is older where it has many up and down levels so I had to unload my vehicle making several trips and help another older couple who was having a hard time with the multi levels. NOT ADA Friendly.

Pool was not filtering and had not been cleaned. As you could see from the algae growing on tiles around top of pool.
Carpet was filthy in our room and turned bottoms of our feat black.
There was an apple under our bed from previous customers.
Breakfast was less than subpar. Serve safe practices were not being followed by staff.

Indoor pool makes the atrium quite muggy and noisy at times, but the room was nice and quiet

70s holidome style place but well kept and clean. Shower was great. Room temperature control was perfect. Only downside was no hair dryer and we over slept, so we missed breakfast. I guess that means bed was comfortable.

The indoor swimming pool is open to the foyer which makes the entire hotel seem swampy. Also quite a few of the hotel rooms have s strong cigarette odor.

Hotel is VERY dated. The indoor pool makes most everywhere smell like chlorine. Room was clean but old. Not bad for the price but would spend some extra $ next time.

We arrived very late and I was so relieved that someone was present at the front desk when I walked in and I didn't have to wait for someone to show up at the counter. Check in was a breeze and we were able to get into our room in minutes. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The cowboy decor added to the charm. Our room was in the inside courtyard area near the pool which my kids would have loved had we arrived much earlier. Breakfast was perfect, with fresh eggs, sausage and bacon, as well as cereal, yogurts and other options. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is over 30 years old and previously allowed smoking in the rooms. Our room smelled heavily of old smoke and we were fortunate enough to move to another room which was MUCH better, but still had a light smoke smell. The front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of driving. I would rate it at a 3 out of 5 stars.

Good room size, with a big king bed and seating area. Bed was comfy and the double bathroom was great. Water and oreos in the room was a nice welcome.
None of the rooms have external windows - so you have floor to ceiling windows pointing inside the hotel which anyone walking past can look into your room so we spent our whole stay in the dark, and room brightness was poor. Breakfast was just ok.
Staff were a delight, room was clean.

We booked this hotel because there was a restaurant in it. When we arrived, the restaurant and bar were closed. We had to search through town to find a place to eat. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

It was cold and snowing in Wyoming at the time and the owners had shut off the heat. They gave me a portable heater to make the bathroom warm enough so I could take a shower. The rest of the room was freezing. I found a used washrag in the bathroom (and I am not observant). I checked out and went to another hotel as soon as I was able. I asked for a discount on the nights stayed and I did not receive one. This used to be a premier property in Rock Springs, but now it is disgusting. It was not cheap either and I found a much nicer Holiday Inn for cheaper.

Half the building didn’t have heat. They handed me a space heater for the night…while it was snowing outside. Which kept tripping the circuits all night. You can’t be without heat when you’re in Wyoming. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work.
