Nice hotel but breakfast need to be included for the price you pay.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door was a sliding door and there was a small crack, and you could hear everything if someone was in the bathroom.. also, the morning of check out, a cleaning staff knocked and entered our room 45 Minutes before check out. Thankfully no one was changing and my partner rushed to the door but it still made me feel a little uncomfortable. They could have waited until we answered the door, and I’m not sure why they thought it was okay to open the door when we weren’t checked out

One night. Supper was a bistro menu - quite limited in the lobby bar or a Peking duck restaurant The bistro seemed pricey for what it was to me. Then point of sale machine in the hotel - at the bar and the front desk do jot take debit. Only credit. Not even the debit cards with a credit card on them worked They had no signs posted about This and did not tell you

Family trip, two adults and two teenagers. Exactly what we needed, nicely equipped rooms with fridge and coffee maker, comfortable bed, plenty of space. Service was really good, we needed to extend our stay and could not book the same room type in our add-on period, but front desk staff worked it out so we could keep the same rooms for the entire stay. Everyone very friendly and service-oriented. Only minor quibbles are dust behind some of the furniture when I had to retrieve a dropped item, (looks like it could use a schedule for vacuuming behind those every month or two), and a selection of firmer pillows for side sleepers.

Our security deposit was charged twice. I told her it looked like Visa went through, but she said no, and on our Visa statement, it says twice. The next day, I told customer service about it, and they said we'd get a refund within seven days. Staff asked if we would need a house cleaning service; when I responded, "Isn't that included?" she said, "Oh, well, yes, I don't know why she asked.".😏

a lot of noise during the morning, from construction working on top of our room, The cleaning could have been better for the bathroom. The breakfast was really limited and poor.

Too far away from everything (airport, wedding venue, Aquarium, Zoo). Expensive taxi rides. No nearby stores. Extra pull-out bed had NO MATTRESS! (Discovered at midnight.) New room had no magnifying mirror. Staff were pleasant and TRIED.

It's not clean and noisy! And the cleaning service is not good!

**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Every morning, I was awakened by loud noises from a bandage truck, which was very disruptive. Additionally, the hotel had a lingering unpleasant smell throughout the property, making the stay uncomfortable. The rooms and facilities also felt dated and in need of renovation. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this hotel to others.

The service was not friendly. They were just keen about charging extra for everything. The AC unit in our was very noisy.

Our only issue was we couldnt control the temperature in our room. We were trying to sleep and it was just a little warm. Wasnt a comfortable sleep.

This property is so unprofessional. Staffs entered my room twice without knocking. I was charged for food I never ordered. The first room they gave me was smelling. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The lobbie and front desk appeared inviting. There was an $8.00 parking fee which I had not seen when making booking, I haven’t had a chance to go back and look for the fine print but it was surprising since there is ample parking and we were not downtown. They did wave the fee so I was relieved that I save $16. The front desk people were very professional and accomodating. The rest of the hotel was not kept up very well, there was a lot of garbage on the floors in the hallways. Our bed had sand in it and was afraid they had not changed the sheets from prior guests. I requested complete new bedding the next morning since we were staying two nights. When we came back to our room it was very apparent they had not put new bedding. Furthermore there was a note that said they didn’t have bath towels and if we needed them to go to front desk. I don’t usually like to give bad reviews but I think that cleanliness is one of the most important things for most people.
