The property was outdated but the staff were friendly. The dining was quite limited and there were lots of pigeons flying on tables during the day. The beachfront was lovely and the dinner menu was fantastic. The quality of dining is much better at night.

The location was perfect for getting around on the local bus. The rooms need upgrading. However, the view was beautiful. There was plenty to do on the beach such as the clear boat, and the jet skis. The horses came on the last day and we were not able to get on them. That seems like it would have been a good excursion. The staff needs to work on being more friendly to the guests. The majority of them just look at you and don't say anything. The exception was the housekeeper. I can not recall her name but she was very pleasant and engaging. Also the lady at the front desk I believe her name was Benita( not absolute) She has a short haircut with color in it. She was very helpful and made us feel welcome. She explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. The food could be better. Out of the three things we ordered the alfredo with shrimp was the best I would stay here again based on the affordability aspect.

Clean and safe

I love the beach that's why I went back to the hotel. First of all, the hotel needs to be updated, and the kitchen and staff needs to be replaced with a proper chef.

This hotel is located in one of the best locations in Barbados. The views and beach around the property is breathtaking . However this hotel needs allot of updating. Firstly there is only one working elevator for the 7 floors . The flushing of the toilet is manual with a pumping system . The water fluctuates in temperature so you can be bathing in warm water which suddenly turns cold . Apart from this one of my biggest issue is they were unable to facilitate a late check out . Check out was at 12 pm and the latest they could give me was 1 pm because someone else was booked for the room . Now I understand their position however I wasnt even provided the option to pay for a late check out as I have done in other hotels because my flight was late at night. Since they are this stringent with their policy they should at least offer a changing room with a shower so visitors who are faced with this situation can still bathe in the beach while they wait on their flights . I noticed several people waiting for the same reason while I was there and we had no other choice but to wait in the lobby areas for hours until our flights. Other than that the food was good and the restaurant staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Friendly staff working in a hotel that needs urgent updating. The photos of the hotel advertised on the Expedia website are a stark contrast from reality. Its present condition is a mere 2 (only due to the staff). The fabric of the building and the rooms need urgent refurbishments to command a 4 star rating. Our 2 bed standard room, was in poor condition. We were offered 2 alternative rooms which were also in poor condition. We were given complimentary breakfast as compensation for the room. The breakfast was average- several items poorly cooked. The chef and staff need to be re-trained on how to serve ala-carte breakfast. The selections arrived with missing elements which the staff should have provided notification at the time of taking the order. Despite notifying the staff numerous times, the breakfast selections (hot and cold) were continuously served all at once instead of being staggered. I would recommend prospective holiday-makers to avoid this hotel and to consider the Hilton which is an actual 4 star hotel; located a few minutes up the road.

The property was not maintained. Had to get bug spray because of mosquitoes and roaches in the room. Had a balcony room but when I looked out at the lower roof there were a lot of debris, old air conditioners that was discarded and just left there. Beachfront were not cleaned and the hallways of the hotel were not vacuumed, lots of sand on the carpet

Starting off in terms of location and beach front real estate this hotel is unmatched , you cannot get a property closer to the beach than this! The beaches are also stunning with amazing white sand and crystal clear blue waters. In terms of the property , prices and staff friendliness well that is another story. The hotel rooms though they have an exceptional view (beach facing ) the bathroom shower tap never stopped leaking even though I reported it several times and nothing was done , the beds are not very comfortable and even though is a blessing to have an AC it kept switching on and off (trying to regulate temperature) but it was not successful , also at night time these little Beatles came out and were all over the room floor which made it hard to sleep thinking they may come into the bed. Then the food at the hotel the prices are super expensive for food that was not bad but definitely not at the standard of the prices they charge and you almost simply “forced “ to eat there as there not much else around unless you grab a taxi (which by the way you need cash always as there hardly any of them that accept cards ) the diners were the best but lunch and breakfast I didn’t go more than once in 3 days. Then the hotel staff were some of the most unfriendly I have experienced for a long time and for such a fun and hospitable country this was sad too see! The staff hardly ever greeted , a lot of negative sassy attitudes and eveyrhing asked made you seem as if they had to do y

Myself and my family had a fantastic time at Radisson this year. The staff were friendly and treated us very well. A big thank you to the front desk staff as well as Adrian and Shane. You made this family trip memorable. Will definitely be back!

Roaches ware seen in the room. Towels were scarce.

The property was extremely dated & needed repairs. However the staff was excellent.

Staff was great; however, hotel needs serious updating; tub has rust, water drained slowly in sink, lamps were old and broken, to name a few. Food in restaurant could be a lot better, specifically the breakfast. The location was perfect. Good service made up for physical condition of the hotel. It was doable if you are not a fussy person.

Love this hotel, stayed here a few times and will recommend to everyone going to Barbados. And waking up to horses on the beach make it that much better.

Front desk wonderful do was the bellhop , the manager for the dining area was rude in the beginning and had to keep asking for basic things with our order like milk for tea ,ketchup syrup for the kids pancakes and waffles than pouring out instead of leaving it on the table see seem more friendly to the guest of another color and seating them when we came in no one treated us to seat us than when we did ourselves she came over and said harshly with a smile I would of gotten the table ready for you it was the only table that seated 5 and it needed to be cleaned which she did with one rag wiping the entire area even the spilled juice with it ..the food wasn’t good in taste I was given brown lettuce with my breakfast order which I didn’t ask for it seem like that was the normal thing to give shedded lettuce with tomato with anything you order instead of vegetables especially at dinner time I don’t know why maybe I guess it’s cheaper

Rooms need to be cleaned better. There was hair & bugs in my room. Hotel didn’t have bug spray to resolve bugs issue.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are out dated. The bathrooms are disgusting. There was a cockroach in my draw. The safe didn't work. The whole hotel is dated. The water backed up at the sink. The fridge didn't work. The patio door slid off it's base. After the cockroach, we changed rooms but that room was no better
