Excellent facility Staff was ok

Property was clean, front desk was super helpful and kind. Only complaint is housekeeping letting herself in my room at 830am after celebrating my sister's wedding the night before when checkout isn't until 11am! Then coming back again at 10am. We felt very rushed out of the room the next morning.

Much too expensive for a property that was not well cared for!! The most annoying was that we had asked the staff not to go into our room when we left it. They did anyway!!! No change of towels for second day bath, no 2nd day coffee for 2nd day, etc.. Television only had a few old shows. A VERY EXPENSIVE breakfast! It was the same food as the other Hilton’s give to the folks! Very large disappointment! o

Carmen was superb helping us with check in. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This hotel is very nice, nicely decorated, and excellent breakfast. I highly recommend it!

First I’ll say, the hotels bed was comfortable and the location was convenient for what we needed. Online it mentioned that the hotel had vegan options available, however when I inquired about this at breakfast the staff needed me to define the term. This limited our options to dried fruit, nuts and oatmeal. Potatoes could be served dairy free upon request, but if you wanted to have something equal to waffles or eggs, there’s no plant based options available. If breakfast isn’t included with your stay, I believe breakfast is around $20. Hotel also stated that EV chargers were available on site. There were 4 spots and four chargers available. One car was charging, the rest of the spots yielded an error message. When presented to the front desk, they had no idea how to make this work, but when they called the general manager, the troubleshooting included “did you park at one of the ones with the lights on?” And “did you follow the instructions?” Beyond that it was a shrug and we couldn’t charge. At check in we were told there were 3 weddings staying there that night. We are grateful we found a room as it was conveniently located for us, but the hallway to our room was packed and you needed to pass the hotel bar to get to it. The hallways and hotel bar were noisy until 12:30am/1am. But we were boy there for a wedding Our room smelled of natural gas as you entered, but couldn’t notice it after a few minutes. When checking out no one asked how our stay was.

We had a nice suite with a big room and double sink. Nice shower and good bed

Front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful. It was a nice quiet stay. The elevators need work. One elevator was not operating at all and the other one was a little sketchy. The one that was operating vibrated and made noises you don’t normally hear well using an elevator. The little area where you buy food had outdated food that had mold in it. Can’t say this is gonna be my first choice of where to stay.

Clean rooms ad courteous staff. Ample and simple.parking

Really nice place to stay with a friendly/accommodating staff. Only thing that we didn't like was that the pool was shut down with no opening in sight for the near future. Dedham would be a better option if you need a decent pool/hot tub.

We stayed one night because there was no water in our house. It was easy to book and the price was acceptable. The internet did not work on phones, only on a laptop.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was damp despite the air conditioning. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better.

We checked in late after a long day of travel. The front desk staff was welcoming and our room was clean and quiet. The location was perfect for us.

The staff is always friendly,helpful, and efficient.

Staff was great. The only issue is the hotel is clearly in need of lots of updates. If they rehabbed the place, it would be a really good place to stay when in town.

Traccee the desk clerk was professional and super helpful with our needs. Since one of our needs was alcohol, the bartender was gracious in staying late to make drinks just for us. The room was nice, nothing extraordinary.

Since the pool has been closed for 2 years you should remove the photos from your website and travel booking sites.

Overall an enjoyable experience. However, I specifically selected to pay soon arrival and a different card was charged. Not explained to myself or my wife. The staff was over the top professional and personable.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Only two issues were the sink leaked heavily around the faucet handle when turned on and the pillows were much too thin for a king sized bed.

We had last minute water issue at our house and needed to stay in hotel (showers!) and this was available. My only issue was that the room did not have very many outlets for cell phone chargers. I will say, Carmen at the front desk was very kind

Right off the highway

We booked a room for 3 people, 2 queen beds. Only room available was 1 bed. Mgmt sent a roll away bed, no bed linen. Only 2 towels in room. Blamed all on EXPEDIA, stated only book for 1 bed. Confirmation from EXPEDIA stated (2) queen beds

Breakfast was terrible. Service was awesome, food was eh.

Noise is an issue for rooms off the atrium hallways. Would ask that the hotel close the fire doors when there is a function in the ballroom.

Just an average stay pool want open. Noisy in early morning

Came for a family wedding and missed the ceremony due to reservation issues with hotel. Our second night stay was canceled and we had no room available to us! This was a nightmare!! Hotel got a room for us 30 minutes away and we were late for reception! Never again! Our whole family was booked here and we were separated… not to mention my husband had to clean the trap in the shower to get rid of horrible smell in room! Speechless over this stay!
