Booking. Com totally misrepresented this hotel, it showed pictures of the resort. This place was more a motel. The staff all said The third-party bookings are totally misrepresenting and showing pictures and making it sound like we’re at the resort and not the hotel motel. People have canceled their reservations as soon as they see the place. We did cancel the reservation. They wouldn’t give us our money back and they said to go through you people. I also talk to the resort staff and they said they’re having a problem with them being misrepresented by the Beach hotel and to let us know what booking.com does to resolve this and they may seek legal help. All I really want is just my money back because I had to pay for another hotel at the resort.

Beds were not the most comfortable, rooms are not soundproofed at all and no elevator to go up to the room.

Room-to-room insulation is a little light..Young family next door with perfectly normal early morning baby cries - but a little too noticeable.

NEAR OCEAN - WALKABLE to places on the board walk...
the outside deck was need of repair - need new deck -stairs need replacement to second floor room - outside steps

the room was huge with a great fridge and freezer! the beds were very comfortable and everything looked and smelled clean. love the small touch of the candies when I got to the room as well as great info about local places to eat, hike and shop.

This is a nice little beachfront hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. However, their debit card payment policy is obsolete and silly. Do these owners know that the internet exists?

Wonderful, nice lady at the office/lobby, hotel room looks cute, LINDT CHOCOLATES on the bed, really close to the beaches!
It was a little hard to sleep at night. I was put in a room at the end of a building and there were 2 windows with only blinds facing another lit building. The blinds can only block some of the light… So I had trouble sleeping consistently throughout the night. It would be nice if they had blackout curtains for those windows.

Since we were staying with family, we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The time we did spend, however, was very pleasant. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
The only thing that I didn't enjoy about our stay was the scent. They had air fresheners in the room that were a bit overpowering.

The property is right across the street from the ocean. Gorgeous views! Very easy to find and the room was so cute, super clean and comfortable.
The steps up into the room and quite high and awkward but entering through the rear door of the room remedied that.

We were very happy with the facility and the staff. We will definitely be back.

Location close to the beach
Kept up by room next door who went to bed with their tv on, on loud volume and only turned it off at 5am. Walls a bit thin. With no US SIM card and sadly at that time of the morning there’s really no one to call, tried to knock on their door but of course they were fast asleep. lucky!

The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant and helpful. My room wasn’t ready and since it was late in the day, he allowed me to use a bike for 30 min free of charge. I thought that was very nice of them because I had nowhere to go.I was a little surprised that the property was more like a motel and not a hotel.
