The shower head was full of mold. The toilet seat was discolored. Gross.
No housekeeping. We were not told this was to be the case when booking.

The property and room was nice. The room was comfortable and compact, it was a King with a sofa Ed. It would have been difficult to move around if the sofa bed had been used. The continental breakfast was disappointing, limited choices especially for drinks if you don’t drink coffee. Water was not available in the room and the $3 charge for a small bottle of generic water seemed high. Also, Pepsi was the soft drink of choice which is not a favorite. No drink machine was available on the first floor so you have to walk back to the front desk for a drink including water. My room was quite a distance from the front desk.

Great location easy to get to great restaurants. Complementary coffee in the morning was nice just wish they had coffee option throughout the entire day.

The cafe in the morning needs help. We waited in line for 30 mins for a muffin. This is not beneficial for people who are here for business. It also does not help that other employees were just hanging out at desk and watching her struggle. Think you should rethink the cafe as a whole or actually hire a barista.

This was great hotel , great location and the cafe in the lobby was very well stocked .

Safe, clean and convenient place. No breakfast service. Had to wait on a long line for coffee. Breakfast options was low quality, unhealthy food (junk food) so just had a black coffee.

Decent rooms and beds. But: air fans in bathroom did not work and we asked about it three times. One guy came, said it was clogged and never came back. We also had to complain about marijuana smell coming into room from hallway (had to plug up under door with towels). Oh, and Bathroom Moth Flies - had to kill at least 5 a day in bathroom- yuck.

Cheap outfit. No hot water/drizzle in the sink without a stopper. Desk takes a huge deposit upon check-in and re-check--ins. No breakfast with stay but a breakfast counter with all a la carte options many which are missing. Food counter staff pleasant and hard-working also has to serve,shop, and maybe clean. Beds too high. Bathroom smells, not sure it was properly cleaned upon check--in. Good A/C not lobby. Easy parking.Near mall. Pantry and computer available. Each washer and dryer 3$. Might approve accessibility except beds too high and bathroom floor has slippery floor with small tile lots of grooves and floor slants in multiple places. Good prices, but try to see other options, not sure if worth the difference. Safe neighborhood.

It's very convenient to FAU. Lots of nearby places to eat and shop The front desk staff were disinterested/grumpy. No breakfast included, which was a minus. Dirty carpet in the room. But clean towels and linens, nice TV, clean bathroom.

Other than having to switch rooms because of broken AC the stay was nice. It took 2 calls to find out they already knew the room had AC problems.

This hotel has roaches, especially where the mini fridges are kept in the rooms. I found them in one room and I asked to be moved. Then I found them in the second room. I asked the person at the front desk if this would be a problem in all of the rooms and she said “yes, probably” (with a little bit of attitude). I should have checked out and asked for a refund.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience as I walked into my room and it smelled horrible. I then saw ants crawling on the Night side table. It was awful!!!
The carpets in the hallway were so dirty as well!
I was really disappointed that there was nowhere to eat, and it had been advertised that you had a restaurant. :(
Fortunately, the staff was so helpful and so kind and professional that it made my stay a little better.
They gave me a free breakfast just out of kindness, but unfortunately, I went to eat breakfast and there was nothing available but the same “instant” food as I could’ve gotten in their snack room. Ugh. I was starving.
The person working there was very hard to find not just for me, but for another guest that came in at the same time I was in there.
The location was great surrounded by wonderful restaurants.
The parking was very accessible and easy to find spots
I want to thank the wonderful staff, but I did want corporate to think about improving the look of the inside as well as the cleanliness and the lack of a real restaurant inside.
