The rm was really nice, the suite was very clean, plenty of bath towels ect. Would array her again.

older wing provides older rooms but much roomier and offer kitchens and two bathrooms. views from rooms are fantastic. easy walk to beach. chowder happy hour and breakfasts very welcome. we will definitely return and check out other ascend properties.

Our experience was excellent. The only wish on our list would be a place to put used towels. We appreciate the eco mindedness of the hotel, but had a hard time trying to find a place to dry a towel we had used for the next day's use.

Our stay was amazing. We loved the view and the room was clean and comfortable. We want to go back and stay longer.

Wish we could have stayed longer! We were greeted by both desk clerks. We were given a quiet second story corner room. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was strong! Beach access was wonderful with a convenient feet washing station on the hotel walkway. The free clam chowder and chocolate chip cookies at 5 PM were an added bonus. Morning breakfast was terrific. Lincoln Sands offered Coffee Mate in a pump bottle. My husband thought the biscuits and gravy was delicious. Again, I really wish our stay had been for more than one night.

very clean and easy to check in, staff was helpful and provided us a nicer room for the occasion of our stay. very friendly staff and informative. definitely one of our favorite hotels on the beach to stay at with the included ammenities.

A great place with ocean views and easy beach access. When we were there they were short-staffed (a common problem these days) but overall it was a great experience. The evening salmon chowder is worth a try! Friendly staff, accommodating.

Was traveling with my 94 year old Mom and had to wait over 3 hours to check in as our room wasn't ready. Very hard on her. Beds were very comfortable, cleanliness wasn't the best, rug had stains and there was hair on the back of one of the toilets. Kitchen had the very minimal in dishes, silverware etc. Unit was pet friendly and we saw many dogs while there for two nights. As it turns out we came back with fleas!!! My small dog is on oral flea medication and they were so bad she had to have a flea bath as soon as we got home. Too bad cause the location was great and the extras, like hot breakfast and Salmon Chowder nightly were great. Hotel was beautifully constructed and with a bit better care could be a "top of the line" go to destination.

Really enjoyed our stay! Our view was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was good and the pool was very warm. The soaking tub in the room was very spacious and it was nice to have the option for a fire with fireplace. The bed wasnt very comfortable, it was a spring mattress but the room was clean and we didnt hear any of our neighbors. Beach access was very convenient as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing stay!! The heated...truly heated pool was awsome. The staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable and quiet!

This hotel was so wonderful, I especially enjoyed the complimentary salmon chowder and cookies at 5, the morning breakfast was amazing! The pool was warm, hot tub hot, sauna hot and clean. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything you’d ever need. I was so pleasantly impressed. I can’t wait to return. What a gem!

Great view

I truly enjoyed our stay here, the property is beautiful. Inside our suite was pristine, comfy beds, very clean. This is truly breathtaking. I want to bring my whole family here and friends. Will definitely go back to enjoy the hotel amenities. Staff are wonderful ❤️. Thank you.

Easy access to beach. Breakfast was good. I reserved a balcony expecting a second or third floor. I ended up with ground floor which meant while sitting in chairs I could not see the beach and barely the ocean. The mounds of grass block the view. I jenga/stacked the furniture and footstools so I could sit with my coffee and enjoy the view. Bathroom door top hinge was so loose it came off wall. So we used the bathroom with the door open. The whole window between bathrooms and front room is weird. What in the world.

As usual, this hotel never disappoints. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean, stocked and comfortable. Was happy to see they still offer fresh backed cookies and chowder everyday at 5. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Eggs, sausage, bisquits w/gravy. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the cleaning ladies aren’t constantly knocking at your door in mornings. Not even the morning of check out. Guests call them if they need anything. Will definitely be coming back!

Check in was a breeze. The receptionist was friendly and told us about the smoked salmon chowder and chocolate chip cookies at 5. It’s was scrumptious. The free hot breakfast was too. The price of the room was very reasonable considering it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy with nice soft sheets and we loved the water pressure when we showered. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The room was just right for us, serving disability needs. We loved our stay!

Clean room

So many problems with our rooms. First room was the wrong room type with only one bed ( requested two beds. That rooms refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor. We called and asked for a new room. They moved us to a new room but we couldn’t move into it because the door would not close. After we waited for them to fix the door we moved to that room. The new room was better but, when you used the faucet in the bathroom it ran all over the floor. As it also had bad pipping. We called and the girl just said “ do you want it fixed?” We just put a towel under it and left it.

Only issue was front desk asking to many questions

During our short stay at Lincoln Sands, we enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. Clean room, close to beach, delicious free breakfast, and a friendly staff. We had a personal emergency so we had to depart early, so we didn't get to experience the pool but the pool and hot tub area looked inviting and clean. The pool is heated which is a plus.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was musty smelly. Room had used wash cloths under sink, bobby pins on the floor food and used water bottles on the deck. Coffee pods not refilled. When we check in he said it was his last room with a view so we just got blankets from the car and slept on top of them on the bed.

Nice place to stay

The beds are different. Uncomfortable for sure. We stayed in the king queen room with kitchen. Horrible. The king bedroom is in the wayyyyy back by walkway. Couldnt open curtain or window. Kitchen supplies few. Wouldn't stay again.
