Room was not as clean as should be. Mirrors were dirty. Bugs in the bathroom.

AC didn’t work, had to change rooms 3 times because of mold, sheets were super itchy and scratchy. Staff had attitude problem.

1970 hotel. Stay away! Needs to be completely replaced. Parking horrible. Rooms old and smells. No one answers the phone. Shower horrible. Tub does not drain.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation, however the way finding was lacking and the staff was not interested in explaining how to navigate the closures due to construction.

Although they mention airport transportation, it took over 30 minutes for the shuttle to make it to the airport to pick us up after we had called twice and they said it was 5 minutes away. Property is in the middle of renovation but did not feel the value of the hotel (Hilton) for what we paid.

Lazy unfriendly rude staff, stinky bathroom and dirty beds make this Hotel feel like a two star motel. Had difficulty with faulty room lock. Had to go to front desk THREE times and the front desk is so insensitive. Just terrible customer care. Will never go there again. Please read reviews on other platforms for full review. Tens of other customers say the same thing.

Rooms were modern and clean. However the room we were in had a failing air conditioner. The room stayed about 73 degrees. A box fan was in our room when we arrived and that made it manageable. Everything else was exceptional including breakfast.

Amazing stay! Great staff. But paying for parking and a up charge for a refrigerator was a little over the top!

There were a handful of great employees after that they were very rude! Including the management team. The room AC didn’t work in most rooms, it was set on 50 still 70 in room, one point no hot water, wasn’t informed that a microwave and fridge are a luxury to have in the room at $15 each not sure if that’s per day per item! Was informed of a community microwave in lobby but then it too was taken away.
Yes it was under renovation in the main area but that should not cause AC issues throughout the rooms or entire building.
We definitely paid too much for a nice hotel without the perks.
Thank you to the few ladies and gentleman who were extra kind to our group.

Outside not in good condition. Book the room, but did not feel safe. Lost my money. Could not drive to front. Place was overrun with bikers. They did not move and gave bad stares at you when you wanted them to move to drive by. Left the area for another place

First room had standing water in shower, second room would never get cooler than 74 degrees so pretty disappointed in the Hotel

The hotel and staff were great my problem is the security. I got up early for my flight got on the shuttle and there was a homeless woman in the shuttle bothering two other couples for cigarettes and clothing. When we finally arrived at the airport I confronted the driver and he said he's not allowed to kick them off the bus.... This is a problem. If you can't provide secure and safe transportation to and from the airport then I will cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere. The woman was so loud and belligerent

Room was not cleaned prior to arrival, outlets weren’t operable, toilet not flushing properly, noisy guests in the hall late at night.

Poorly maintained. Low quality mattresses and poorly maintained room. I understand that the hotel is under construction of additional rooms but if you are going to charge full price, then full price quality is expected. Body wash, lotion , and shampoo all empty. Furniture in poor condition.

Wasn’t accommodating at all, was rude to my pregnant wife. Room was stuck on 80 degrees, their technician said there was no fans left. Our light was broken and the technician couldn’t fix it, said he will come back and never did. There ballroom events are more important then there guest I will never stay here ever again

No soap, shampoo, or body wash in the bathroom, not in the shower, not on the counter. Coffee caddy was not refilled, so not even any coffee for in the morning.

It was dirty and the shower only had cold water. Hairs and other dirt in the bathroom. I requested a refund but the hotel denied it. I had to wash my baby with cold water. Absolutely not worth the price, won’t come back.

We did not have any sheets for the sofa beds and when i called and asked for some they told us they ran out of clean linens. With the exception of the front desk clerk the rest of the staff was not very friendly or personable. A hotel such as Hilton I would expect better service and accommodations. I won't be using this hotel in the future.

Room was “clean” if you consider clean being sheets, water bottles. There were two bath towels nicely folded, but one had grease on it. The couch was filthy. The room was vacuumed very quickly and only in the walkways. Dusting was minimal. The room needed a deep cleaning. The bathroom ceiling and walls were dirty.

The windows were so dirty it was difficult to see out of. Not what I would expect from a Hilton property.

Joreen (assistant manager/front desk) was rude and had a generally bad attitude) at check-in and again when I reported that my clothes been improperly removed from my room by housekeeping. Follow up with hotel management has not even responded to my complaint about my missing clothes.

There was no microwave and fridge available. We cleaned our room becuase when we checked in we saw an empty can of beer in the bathroom. Shampoo was empty. Called guest service too many times but no one is answering we have to go down to get shampoo and new towels. Room service is per request but no one in guest service answers the phone. No bfast. This Hitlon location ruined all hilton hotels for me.

Parking is a nightmare. The touch screens didn't work, and we c ould not get a ticket needed to exit. The front desk staff kept directing us to use touch screens that were down. Took over an hour to exit the parking lot.

Check in line was very long and slow but it only took us a few minutes to check in during our turn. Bathtub had hair on it, toilet base was dirty, light switch and sink handles were smudged, tissue box had tissues stuffed in the top in a design but the rest of the box was empty. Bed was clean. Ceiling has water spots throughout building, a lot of wear and tear throughout also.

Good location, near airport and car rental returns. Large clean room. A bit conjusted outside the front entrance to find a parking spot during check-in.
