The guest service was top notch, breakfast had good selections and the room was clean. My only complaint was the pull-out sofa my two oldest boys had to sleep on. The springs were practically poking through so it made for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Aside, everything else was great.

Great place - shady area and it wasn't the easiest to get to - but we had a nice stay - thanks to the employee at breakfast who walked around talking to the guests - we found the Lone Elk Park he recommended and saw elk and bison on the drive. Would never have gone there without his recommendation -

There was no electric in our room. Tito the front desk person was wonderful in helping us. However he was the only one working in the hotel. They could not get the electric on in our room.. after being told the whole
Hotel was booked up they were suggesting us go somewhere else, finally they moved us to another room. I am not pleased with the management of this hotel. Tito helped the best he could
With no way to contact a manager to get electric working.

When we arrived we found the parking lot has a lot of tow trucks in it, and that it is in a more industrial area, being that it was close to the Air Port we figured it would be more located for travelers, the only thing going for it in the location department is they are less than a quarter miles from the rental car depot for the air port so picking up and dropping off our rental car was a snap.

The advertised pool seems to be permanently closed, which was a big disappointment to the children. Crumbs and hair on the sheets of the rollaway bed. Staff was rude and did not do anything to try to make things right.

Only complaint I have is for all the high $ amount we pay, I believe IHG HIE can afford better utensils . Flimsy utensils are just crap for mcd’s or Hardee's but not HIE

We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. We brought our youngest along so he could swim while his sisters were at a dance competition. We were very disappointed when we were told they did not have a pool. And have not had a pool in quite some time. The front desk was super nice and apologetic, but like I said, we chose to stay here because there was a pool and there wasn’t.

Very nice hotel for a good price and only about a 15 minute drive from downtown St. Louis! Being this close to the airport and I-70 it’s extremely quiet inside. No excessive plane or road noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I needed a wheelchair for my husband who broke his leg- they had one available and switched our room so that it was easy to get in and out. Staff helped us find good food for delivery and helped me get him and our luggage back to the car the next morning
