Initially very good as I’d requested and received a room near the elevator. However, the room was in very shaky condition. Used towel in the floor near the door, and missing towel hook in bathroom, but the main issue was the ac unit that had been completely taken apart and left in pieces. The engineer was able to put it back together, but we discovered all sorts of dirt and white powder underneath the pieces after he left. It was so late and we’d driven 4 hours we just chose to ignore it and put fresh towels in the floor for protection. For a $200 stay, this is unacceptable. Also disappointed there was no bottled water in the room.

The heater was EXTREMELY loud! You could also hear traffic ALL night! Not a restful sleep at all!

The hotel is located on a bridge right over a freeway. Consequently it was fairly noisy as I was trying to fall asleep.

Good cost-benefit, but should improve the clean of the windows exterior. Can be a little bit noise sometimes because the train that passes near.

The average room price is $265 for3 nights, including weekend . Room is small, no stationary, no fan in the bathroom, no clock in the room. Ordered wake up calls twice, got a call only once. Coffeemaker is leaking water. Cleaning service is good, very good coffee is served all day in the reception area. Breakfast is overpriced, so I didn't use it. No information about the surrounding area available. I had to ask the front desk lady to print my boarding ticket: there were no paper in the printer, no chair available, light in the printer area was very poor. I'd give a score of 3 out of 5.

When the cleaning lady came to clean our room, she only changed the towels and made the bed. She didn't empty the garbage cans or vacuum the room, or at least it seemed that way. The room was too dark and lacked sufficient lighting. Having a full-length mirror in the room and more space in the bathroom would have been helpful. The bathroom felt cramped. Considering the price of the room, I expected a more spacious bathroom or at least some shelves to place my makeup and personal belongings. The most concerning thing was that the room didn't have a safe. Additionally, the coffee machine seemed quite outdated, possibly from the 80s. As frequent travelers, we may have had higher expectations given the price of the room..

the hotel located in Newton, Mass was not unlike many in which I have stayed. I find this to be too bad given the incredible price I had to pay for 1 night, which didn't even include parking or breakfast. The room itself was fine, the window faced a busy highway which was at times, loud through out the night. Unfortunately, the room, in my opinion, was not worth $450 for only one night, as it will be no more memorable than many others in which I've stayed. The paper flower on the roll of toilet paper was a neat touch.

Clean comfortable room and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Even on the 11th floor, you will hear the freeway traffic throughout the night. Room had an odd smell as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great if visiting the Boston area. The restaurant located next to the hotel was great as well. I would recommend staying at The Four Points.

The pillows and blankets on the bed had a bad smell to them. The hall way also had a weird smell.

Tired hotel . On a 3 night stay room was services on arrival and on last night. Wi does are covered in soot and have not been cleaned in many years. Disgusting Property itself is tired . For the short stay it was adequate but not worth the price in my opinion. Front desk folks were pleasant . Overall not impressed

The hotel staff was helpful & friendly! My complaints, unfortunately made our stay irritating & stressful however. 1 - Room SO, SO DARK! Even with every light on & curtains wide open it was impossible to see or find anything. 20 W bulbs? 2 - It was pouring rain. The wheelchair access is located beyond the covered area. This meant every time we came or went out to various formal events, the wheelchair person got drenched:( This occurred 10 X during the weekend. 3. The worst occurrence was the lack of coordination between the hotel & the breakfast people. Embarrassing for all present! Fortunately our hosts came in & strightened some, but not all of it out. We still ended up paying about $25 extra for ONE person, our daughter who was part of our reservation, incidentally - she only ate 1 bagel - nothing even on it!. A much better job of communication & cooperation is needed between restaurant & hotel & guests.

First time in Boston and booked a hotel online. Hoping it was a good hotel for never being in the area.. the hotel was clean, SUPER friendly, and very clean! I would recommend it to my friends if they were in the Boston area. About 10ish minutes from Boston.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff at the check-in were so friendly and helpful. There was free coffee available in the lobby in the morning. We had Breakfast included and it was very good, they had many options and the staff was great. We would definitely book here again.

Noisiest Hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! Mass Pike noise was brutal ALL NIGHT. Breakfast was underwhelming. On the plus side, all employees were very nice.
