The room was clean and comfortable. Both the staff that checked me in and check me out were extremely friendly and officiant. The bar tender was also very friendly.

The view was of the central courtyard and surrounding rooms.
The complimentary coffee in the room was not very nice, and there was no coffee station in the lobhy. There was however a Starbucks in the lobby that offers a small coffee for $7. A ridiculous price for a ridiculous coffee after spending a significant amount on a room.

We found several used items (shoes, plastic bottle, plastic cup, bottle cap) under the bed. A bedside table lamp was missing a bulb, we were told it would be replaced but this never happened. Lamp WITH bulb was not plugged in. We moved lamps around so we would have adequate light. We were comped a $3 bag of peanuts but that was sad! Other than this, room was quiet, clean, and coffee was good. Mattress was too soft.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was great. Didn't use the restaurant, but did get a drink from the bar and coffee in the am, all good.
Checked out the pool and it was really lovely.

Check in got our room cards said 261 got our luggage proceeded up to find our card did not unlock the door. Gentleman came down the hall that said he also was given the 261 card . We took our belongings back down to the desk. They gave us a different room. Comped our $15 parking and a voucher for breakfast.

Clean property, good food, clean neighborhood. Food at the hotel was way too expensive though. Wouldn't recommend eating there unless eating somewhere else isn't an option. Overall it was a great hotel for our needs.

The hotel it nice - always seems to be crowded with people attending local events or having events at the hotel. The rooms are nice, pretty basic in decor but always clean.
my only 2 complaints are the very low water pressure in the shower and the poor lighting in the rooms. Impossible to do your makeup if you care. ;) oh and the toilets flush so loudly it shakes the whole room. All good otherwise, nice little market in the lobby, a Starbucks, an ATM.. very nice staff.

A family-friendly hotel outside of Boston. It is a safer and quietter neiborhood and it locayed outside Boston. We will consider satying here again next time

Had to pay for parking even though the garage was empty. Seemed like a unnecessary charge. Also when booking it only gave an option for purchasing 2 for breakfast and I was only one person. It ended up costing more for 1 person and was not clear in the reservation at hotels.com

Everything was great. Breakfast staff was incredibly nice. Pool was excellent. Only thing was around 9am cleaning ladies key'ed into our room without knocking. Check out wasnt till 12pm.

The waste experience, no breakfast unless you buy, it was unbelievable experience we had, and yet the the price of thw hotels is expensive. Most of the hotel come with the price tags # that include pool, breakfast, and other, but at this sharton boston needham hotel, we were told we have only pay for two room without breakfast, which doesn't make sense to me. If l want breakfast, l had to buy, and this experience will never make me to book hotel at this sharton again.
