Good, central New Orleans French Quarter hotel with good facilities. Does what it says on the tin, and at a reasonable rate.

This place was perfect! Walking distance to pretty much everything in the French Quarter! We felt so safe and couldn’t hear any noise even being a block from Bourbon. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an awesome restaurant next door that serves the best food around. Public transportation was close by as well as shops and a variety of restaurants. Many thanks to the Wyndham resorts company and Hotels. com for a great vacation.

This place was a great location, but the service and state of the rooms was not what I expected for the price. The furniture in the room was falling apart and the bathroom mirror was faded, the handle in the shower was loose. Just not what I expected for how much it cost.

It was a great stay!! We came for Taylor Swift and the hotel was very accommodating and our room was ready right when we got there! No issues at all and the staff was super helpful!

It was ok, i didn't know there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel. The store in front of building was not the best view. I felt uncomfortable going in and out. Also, the smell in the hotel and outside was not good.

I really appreciated how nice the staff was. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. The only thing i was disappointed about was not having a mini fridge or microwave in the room. And i would've loved to have been able to open the windows! To hear the sound of the city!

Amazing view from our 20th floor room. Room was a little dated and should have the carpets removed. The elevators were a little slow. The heat in the pool was broken but the view was amazing. My daughter didn't mind the cold lol I had to drag her out. I think the $40 parking fee is really awful, BUT all the other hotels are the same way.

It was a very nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were immaculate. The only bad thing I can say is my granddaughter did kill a cockroach in her bathroom and the smoke alarm in her room Kept going off in the middle of the night, and they didn't fix it until 5 AM. At which point my granddaughter had already left at four, because they couldn't stand the noise. I could even hear It through my wall.

I stood there for one night and it was good enough for a short trip. Actually I wouldn’t mind staying there for longer stays too. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. In order to go upstairs on the elevator you need to tap your room key so it made me feel safe. The valet parking is right next to the hotel so they won’t need to drive it far. The room was clean and pretty big. My only complaint is the outside seemed a bit unsafe but I will say that most of New Orleans streets look the same. They look a bit dirty and dark but the good thing about this hotel was the proximity to everything. So I do recommend! It is a bit outdated but not a big deal. It gets the job done!

The staff was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay here. The security was visible and when a room a few doors down were yelling, they were there within a few minutes. Not sure if someone had called or if they were making rounds but just felt very safe.

This hotel was very accommodating they let us check in 3hrs early and an hour later. It's right on Royal St and close to everything. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that there are no mini frige in the room. With the price of the room they could have a fridge. Would definitely recommend.

We just stayed for one night and I have to say the hotel and the room were great. Our check in went quickly and smoothly. The location and the staff were great, we will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was close to all the restaurants we planned to eat at, and it was great the Saints were in town. New Orleans was buzzing with Eagles and Saints fans. The concierge, Gillian was excellent recommending two tours for us during our stay. Must visit ACME oyster bar, just around the corner from the Wyndham hotel.

This wasn't my first stay which is why I picked it. The location is near everything and very close to the cruise dock.

The bathroom in the room on the second floor was filthy. I requested all the rooms be together and they all ended up on different floors.

2 of the 4 elevators were out of service so getting to and from your room took a lot longer than it should have. Only one block from Bourbon St makes an easy commute and Ubers were easy to get if you want to travel elsewhere.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to everything which is very convenient. Two out of the four elevators were not working during my stay so the wait for the elevators were at times lengthy. The room needed updating as the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom.

Hotel was very good with a couple of exceptions. No refrigerator in the room and no ice maker near our floor. Some smaller details have been let go, like peeling wall paper in our bathroom and no area map guide with highlighted favorites in the area.

Would’ve been much better if all elevators were working two were out of service so the time to get to and from room was horrible

The hotel has no restrooms in the lobby, nor does it have a restaurant, although there is one in an adjoining building.
Top floor rooms had a great view, but with the penalty that two elevator rides are needed to get there.
Several elevators were out of service which made for delays when large groups were checking out.
