A group of us spends two nights a year here while riding our dirt bikes in the desert. The staff is always great and so is the food.
The Hotel is starting to show its age, but that is OK -we are there riding our dirt bikes -not attending the opera.

Had a great stay. The restaurant and bar being attached was super convenient. We were downstairs in the courtyard. It was nice. The free breakfast included is totally worth the stay. The rooms were worn out and not in the best shape is all. Definitely needs a remodel but it worked for our budget stay and the staff were all nice.

Great place to stay a little older but well kept & wonderful service. Love that there’s a restaurant attached and we could just rest and relax after a very long drive. The free breakfast was delicious & nice to be served.

It was the perfect place for us to stay with our dog. Right out our door was a big courtyard and dog grass enclosed area. It was very clean with no carpet for animals to mess up!

The room was very clean! Plenty of towels. I loved the enclosed dog area so my pup could run around. I didn’t have breakfast, but It was only because I didn’t want to. Well kept, clean grounds, lots on places to eat nearby. No, it’s not a 5 star hotel, so don't expect that. But if you want a clean, comfortable, quiet, dog friendly place to sleep. Then consider this place. I would definitely stay again!

I was looking forward to the breakfast that was advertised to be included with the room. However, the restaurant is closed for Thanksgiving. I think this should have been noted on the app so I could have had the opportunity to choose another hotel.

As others have noted, the property is older but has been well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked as it should have. The staff was friendly and the on-site restaurant was good. The included breakfast was far better than comparable facilities usually offer.

Love this hotel. Love being able to look out the door and see green grass and trees as well as the pool. The breakfast is something else. Wonderful. It is actually in a restraunt and you have a menu to pick from. Wish all Quality Inns had this feature. The grass is so nice being in Barstow it is the desert and you see mostly brown dirt.

Use this property whenever I go to Vegas to break the journey . Generally it has been excellent with fantastic reception staff and rooms are priced accordingly. We have really enjoyed the on-site bar and restaurant but this time was different . Food was still good but the atmosphere was very Very loud with the loudest being the barman who just couldn’t not drop an F bomb every couple of minutes due to his bets on the football going well or not so well . Understand certain bars this is ok but for a hotels own onsite bar restaurant this was not expected .

Front desk was helpful at checkin. Original room was ground floor next to guest(s) that were a bit loud, they were able to transfer us to an upstairs room on the quieter section.
Unfortunately we had wanted an early departure and thought the restaurant opened at 6:00 but it is 6:30 now which led to heavier traffic for the last leg of our drive

The bed was not comfortable and we could hear our neighbors through the walls all night. On the positive, the front desk service were very helpful.

Nice clean comfortable room. Plenty of parking for hotel guests. The complimentary breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. We were able to select from a large variety of menu items. All of our selections tasted great. If passing through Barstow again we will definitely stay here again.

Check-in was fast and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The non-smoking room was very clean but had a smoky smell. The people in the room next to us were outside smoking, so maybe that's why? Beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept very well. We did not have time to use any of the amenities or go to breakfast. I noticed several picnic tables in the courtyard near a fountain. I saw many people on the property while we were getting to our room and was worried that it might be noisy, but the property was quiet throughout the night.

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant. Only problem was in our accessible room, the floor of the shower was very slippery. Okay if you're in a wheel chair, but if you're standing, too easy to slip and end up in a wheel chair!

Everyone here was so nice!!! The breakfast was amazing, everyone was very understanding regarding my special-needs son, and people were so friendly and helpful.
The showers had someone else's hair everywhere and there was no shampoo, but other than that, one of our better stays!

We stayed on the second floor the first night we stayed in Barstow. Everything was good. It did take the AC unit to cool down the room some hours but it was also 108 degrees outside which was expected. The second time we stayed there (on way back to Barstow), we stayed on the first floor, but we saw dead cockroaches on the ground in the room and one live one coming out of the sink…

Stayed here one night with two kids and two adults. July 2024. Very service minded staff. Nice little pool. Quiet at night. On location Mexican restaurant where they serve the breakfast which was included in the stay. Great staff her too and they served great tasteful Mexican food.
