Comfortable

Nice place,great chicago bar across the street called Hob Knob.

We came to spend a couple of days with our granddaughter for her Birthday today! The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and we were so busy we didn't get to enjoy it enough! Thanks for an early check-in! Got us out of the heat while waiting for our granddaughter to meet us. This is our 3rd time here. Very good place to stay. Close to everything.

Very clean and nice employees, especially the maids. The give you a little extra time at check out if your running behind time with your family. Pool is nice and clean as well. Good stay.

When I checked in, the room was a bit warm. So I just figured I needed to put the fan on high for the AC and wait for it to cool down. I woke up in the middle and I drenched and sweat. When I went to the front desk to let them know about it, they said someone was going to check it out. I left the room and came back and nothing was done. It went to switch rooms and the same thing was in another room ended up being a messed up chiller for the AC and the GM did not even come out to acknowledge me about it, just sent the front desk clerk to tell me what room is won’t do anything will refund your money if you want to leave. He didn’t even have the courtesy to come and talk to me himself and be apologetic about it. The front desk clerk was very sweet and apologetic about it, but that’s not her duty in that sense when it’s something that major. I do not recommend staying at this particular Doubletree due to the fact of the service from the GM.

Booked three rooms for a wedding and the location was awesome. Great staff!

It was very nice.

It was our 12 year anniversary celebration night and the hotel refused to include anything to help us celebrate. Our tub would not drain and our refrigerator was broke. It was a horrible experience and I was very disappointed in the customer service provided. My husband and I will never stay there again!

The hotel is very nice but I honestly would not recommend for families due to the following reasons: The WiFi isn’t free The breakfast isn’t free There wasn’t a bathtub to bathe my toddlers (age 1 & 3)

The looby was bright and clean, very welcoming. The room was excellent, very clean and the a/c was set to cold already. The stuff were very friendly. Surprisingly it was not busy for a Saturday night. Looking forward to book hotel again.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place because 1) the beds weren’t comfy 2) no complimentary breakfast 3) not so family friendly 3) charge deposit by the day where other places charge just a 1 time deposit. Stayed in nicer luxurious places nearby that offer breakfast, have more comfortable beds and we got a noise complaint because our toddler wasn’t feeling well and cried a couple times.

i like because is very quiet and safe hotel and the other thing is easy parking

Property was clean, room was clean, employees were excellent. Was my Daughter’s birthday weekend and they helped make it a great one.

They always have something closed this time it was the lounge

Everything was satisfactory. Although the tv cable was creating a problem with reception. The front desk did send someone right away to address the problem.

Excellent location right by freeway, yet very quiet. Close to great shops, restaurants, golf and casino. Pool area is nice, as is bar and restaurant. Comfy beds, great showers, would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Just know this hotel has a restaurant so breakfast is NOT complimentary. Starbucks inside the hotel has a very limited menu.

Worst customer service ever! Front desk was terrible. Girl was beyond rude. We had to change rooms because there was a smell. The second room had trouble with the a/c but they said they couldn’t move us again. Never coming back.
