I stayed for three night, room and bathroom were very clean, nice to have an outdoor patio off the bedroom, very comfortable bed, breakfast had good options. Staff always friendly and helpful.

This hotel has generous rooms, extremely comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff and very generous hot breakfast buffet with friendly servers. The hotel’s decor is a bit dated, reminding me of the early 90s, but it’s clean and will kept up with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Had a water leak in room 140 from the toilet upstairs. The water was dripping through the lights. I was not informed for nearly 2 hours as to what the issue was until I walked over to the front desk to report it. I was then hurried to change rooms.
The vending machines didn't work.
The shop was always closed.
One of two elevators was not working the wait to get to the 7th floor was long.
The room I was moved into (740) had a blocked toilet. When I reported it I was given a plunger. And I had to resolve the issue myself with the toilet overflowing and flooding the room ! I had to use towels from the shower to mop up the toilet water.
Overall a ridiculous experience!! Honestly the worst experience ever.

This property is in desperate need of an upgrade. The interior of the hotel itself —half painted, dusty artificial plants, decades old carpeting — all need repairs / replacing. Inside the room the furniture is also decades old, the small kitchenette smelled of mold, the furniture shabby. I have had a terrible backache the past three days from the old bed. The upside was the breakfast in the morning — the staff in the dining room was lovely + helpful. The desk however was not. I asked for a late checkout (the property was literally more than half empty) and I practically had to beg and negotiate between noon and a 1p checkout. He settled on 12:30p as if it were a huge effort and favor. I wouldn’t visit this property again.

Older hotel, but still very nice. Cocktail hour and full breakfast at no extra cost was a terrific bonus that no other hotels in the area were offering at the time!

The staff is great and it is evident that they are still trying to update the building. The room was spacious and was fine for the short stay but it did smell musty and the bedsheets/floor felt damp.
We had to use room spray to mask the odor as it was a heavy smell.

Amazing hotel, free alcohol drinks and beer from 5-7:30pm. Free amazing breakfast 5 stars in the food. Pool and spa was nice, rooms very clean. Close to main highway.

The room was very nice with plenty of space. The bed was nice and big. I love that it had two televisions in the room. I also enjoyed the refrigerator and the extra towels. The door was a little difficult getting in with the pass key.

Loved the hotel, thinking to recommence to my job for when I travel. The room is setup separate from the desk/entertainment area, all appliances (microwave,fridge,iron,coffee machine, 2 tvs). Place was nicely maintained didn’t smell like a lot of hotels in its class. My favorite part, I could order my breakfast to my taste not a regular continental set-up. All staff I came across were friendly and courteous; server checks in regularly to clear table and refill my coffee. Most definitely would stay here again in the future, great value for the price.

I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies but housekeeping was gone for the day. The tub was dirty. The man at the desk apologized for the tub being dirty. I explained that didn’t want to get a refund. The only thing I wanted was cleaning supplies,

Amazing staff- breakfast servers and cocktail hour bartenders go above and beyond. Pool clean and lovely. Hotel needs updating but overall fabulous value and location.

The staff was excellent. The personally prepared breakfasts were great. The Happy Hour was lovely. I wish I could have enjoyed the jacuzzi at the end of the day, but it closed too early to match my schedule. Room was very nice and very spacious. Cleaning staff did a great job. Some paint (especially on crown molding) could use some touch up, but that's in response to some of the reviews I'd read. Didn't really bother me, any.

This is basically an old Embassy Suites hotel that has not been upgraded since the 80’s or 90’s. The 5h floor was under construction and nobody told us a in advance. One elevator was not working. Hot tub was not working. Door to to bathroom was rusty and heavily worn. Staff during breakfast are great. Don’t recommend staying here.

The hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms are a little rundown and need a little more TLC. However, the beds were newer and were comfortable to sleep in. The staff was somewhat helpful but turned a blind eye to the constant marijuana use throughout the property. The smell of Marijuana smoke was strong not only at the pool area, but also inside the common areas. I would have changed Hotels, but it is a pain to change hotels under the Expedia’s website and their customer service was not very helpful.

They advertise the hotel as a 3 1/2 star hotel. Hilton should definitely visit this place. Boca Raton florida is a beautiful area, but this hotel was dirty stained carpets looks like it hasnt been renovated in 20 years. The towels in the bathroom were stained. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. I definitely would.never recommend this hotel to anyone
