Super convenient valet parking, comfortable beds , soft towels , shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water. Check in and out was super quick and easy.
Will be back for sure.

clean. horrible wifi.

Showers are incredibly small - and dangerous with subway tiles on the floors. The room itself was extremely compact and not much room for one person with luggage - not a big complaint just an observation. The windows being nailed shut were the worst part - no fresh air flow. The valet attendants were extremely professional and very friendly and responsive. The front desk staff was very professional and responsive to all needs.

Any hotel that has a supply of free earplugs at the front desk due to the NOISE of the ROOM is not a hotel I EVER want to stay. We left a day early and it took us over an hour to get our money back.
2.5
The lobby tricked us because it’s in the process of being remodeled, but the rooms were very nice and trendy. Property is located in a perfect area and century mall was walking distance. I liked that the room had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

Just awful stay. There were single pane window and the traffic noice was terrible all night and in the early morning. One of the worst nights I’ve had in years.

Nice cozy hotel room, at end of hallway so pretty quiet. Room was renovated with really cute and fun design. Bed was pretty comfortable but I am picky about pillows and they were OK. Great amenities. The room's view wasn't exciting, it looked out on a parking lot along a quiet street away from the main road, just not much to see.
Great front desk, especially happy about 24 hour service. No breakfast but that's fine, this is a nice value hotel in a good location, compared with others nearby, and not including breakfast was minor.
Overall a great value stay for a last-minute brief business trip. I'd stay here again.

I came to LA from northern California for an event that I knew I was volunteering for setting up, the night before. I called your Hotel to ask what time check-in is. 3:00. We arrived at 3:06 and found that our room was not ready. HUGE disappointment. Gigantic. I asked, pleaded to get into our room. I wish that I had asked for another room. We came back to the hotel at 1:30 am and had to unload then. Exhausted, and into one of the smaller rooms (316). I was not happy. At all. What hotel has a checkin time of 3:00 and does not have the room ready?? I feel slighted. Then I had to pay $38.50for parking when we left @ 6:15am. Why does your website have a different amount for Wed. and then the rate goes down Thurs. and Friday. Not for me.

Greeted warmly. The parking lot attendant was friendly, helpful and so warm and welcoming on We’d 9/26. I was at a conference and brought my own food and no refrigerator as promised. They had one delivered the promptly next day. Clean room and fresh towels every day. Only complaint was parking attendant up leaving was grumpy, lazy and had quite a rude attitude. Total opposite of Jose.

the first two night with the road on the side is very noice and the noice is very consistent. we get up in the middle of the night and can't back to sleep.
we request to change the room to the oppsite side of the hotel and is nice and quite and thanks for the reception who manage to change the room for us.

Good for a family stay. Was surprised by the extra deposit though.

We stayed for 4 nights for moving our son to UCLA. The first night was rough due to no aircon but the hotel staff upgrade us to a nicer room the next morning. There was no other issue for the rest of my stay. Staff was nice and responsive.

Comfortable beds. I did not love the IKEA like furniture. The black out curtains were nice. It was quiet. The staff was curious. Don’t expect any extras. The price is about location.

Exceeded all expectations.

The hotel is clean and staff is great. But they need to upgrade and add breakfast options. Possibly a pool also and shouldn’t charge an arm and leg for parking.

Small lobby, small room. We were not able to sleep well as we can hear car horns and people walking on the floor above through the ceiling.

Not bad! The price was reasonable for the stay and parking! We got a loft room and it was truly really nice! The hotel is a little older than we expected but the pillows and beds were comfortable. The staff was very responsive with requests! Close to lots of awesome restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay again!

I loved the rooms at Century Park hotel. Funky and chic vibe while keeping some lovely old characteristics such as the huge sash windows, timber flooring on some parts etc.
We found all the hotel staff to be very pleasant and welcoming.
Other highlights: Comfortable beds. Working ice machine. Very quiet elevators. Central location. Secure parking on site.

It was a really terrible hotel. The room was unsanitary and felt extremely unsafe. This looks like a good deal, but we had to leave and eat the cost of this hotel room and go to another hotel. Horrible experience and would never recommend anyone stay here if you want to stay in a clean and safe hotel.

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel

The property was nice. Liked the location, not many emmenities but we did like that the grocery store was right across the street. Nico was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Appreciated all of his assistance. The other young lady at front desk was very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend and will return! Thank you

The staff is friendly and have us a nice loft type room. we also get late checkout as our flight is late in the evening. The bed is clean and super comfy.
I would go back.

Loft room was nice, valet guys were good, lobby needs a renovation, can hear the road noise. Good location for tourists
Room has fridge and microwave. Fat pillows which I didn't like. At that price overall was fine

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay, the valet was awesome. The room was better than we imagined from pictures. I would recommend and return

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly which were both positive however our room, which faced a busy street, was by far the loudest room I have ever stayed in. Zero noise insulation in the windows. All were fully shut with curtains drawn over them and it still sounded like they were wide open. Made it very difficult to sleep which we ended up doing quite poorly. No desk staff available when we tried to check out at 8:30am which I thought was unusual. Parking valet was super friendly and attentive but parking in general at $33 per night seemed high but perhaps not for the area.If you plan to stay I would definitely request a room away from the super busy street.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We travel a lot not often staying at Hilton or Marriott hotels but this trip was rather last minute and the pictures on Hotels.com looked appealing. We used to live on the other side of the Hollywood Hills and thought it would be great to spend time in an area we hadn’t lived in. The rooms were bright and modern. Beds were comfortable and I was thrilled the pillows were firmer and more pillowy than most of the chains where they flatten quickly and you need at least 2 if not 3 to keep your neck in a good position. Extra brownie points for that alone!!’the shower head was awesome. Great coffee pods in the room and even two options for the decaf-era like me. Loved it. Large tv that faced the beds not off to the side where some places put them these days. Not only typical drawers in the room, but larger bin-type drawers you can hid away a good size duffle in. The staff was great, front desk and valet very kind and welcoming. Honestly, a great trip was made greater by this hotel experience and we’ll be back. The elevator and lobby are a bit small but don’t be put off by that. Everything else was 5 star!! Close walks to cute neighborhood and quick drive to Westfield Century City shopping.
