When I checked into the room it had an unpleasant smell. Not sure if it was a cleaner used or what exactly. The room was also extremely damp. The carpet felt very damp as well as the bed and sheets. For the price it was disappointing

Every staff member I came in contact with or talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Keep up the amazing job 😁

Hotel is beautiful staff was very nice and professional. Just one inconvenience the bathroom faucet in the shower was on all night because it needed a piece that didn't come until today when I am leaving didn't let me sleep well. They did tell me I can change rooms but I was already Unpacked didn't want the hassle since I was just staying for three nights. I will stay here again when I come back.

Hotel needs serious updated. The magnetic entry cards are outdated and only work sometimes. The place is dingy. The breakfast set up is not good for travelers trying to get on the road

Disappointed that whirlpool, jacuzzi, was advertised, but was filled in with concrete 😢

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean but had a smell in it that was a little overwhelming.

Lost power and wifi for 3 plus hours . I could not get my work done. I believe the power problem was only located at the hotel !

Selected due to pool and location near Rupp arena. Did not disappoint and good value. Kids enjoyed the pool and the gentleman that checked us in and out was very friendly and professional

It was very nice and very clean great service just had a hard time trying to cool the room the ac wouldn’t keep the fan on but that definitely could have been user error

The pictures look way better than what you get in person. The ceiling was dirty, the literal ceiling, like there was smoke damage. The balcony was trashed and things just looked like it was falling apart. We went down to the bar to grab a drink and the “bartender” would hardly be there. Mostly that was because she was on her phone, that was on speaker the entire time she was working behind the bar, grabbing drinks for myself and two other guests. Then she just left while on her phone, walking around the hotel, waiting for their family to come so she could let them through the side to let them swim. Not to mention, she picks up a glass for wine and she says, eww, they never clean these glasses, then puts it down and grabs another and just wiped it clean.she was also on speaker phone while attending to guests and just setting down the phone while in mid conversation, so all of us could hear, yelling across the bar that you can’t here her. Also there was a putrid smell coming from the sitting area, like someone urinated in the front lobby and they just left it there. The front clerk while pleasant to us, wasn’t with a couple that came in after, giving her the wrong directions to her room then acting really rude to her when she asked again and let him know that she went to the wrong area because of his instructions the first time. I definitely wouldn’t go back and certainly paid too much for staying there to begin with. One step above a motel 6. Gross.

We had poor cleaning service. They didn't tell us when we checked in that housekeeping would only be in every other day!?!?!!?What?!?! The price we paid for this room the trash and clean towels should be taken care of daily and IT WASN'T. Had to call front desk two different times to have this taken care of. Very unhappy!

Everything was wonderful except the pool was not heated. Very very cold.

We always stay at this property on our trips to Lexington. This stay the propery and rooms were not up to standards. The carpet was frayed in our room, there were dirty glasses left on a shelf in our room, the carpet was not vacuumed well. The balcony to our room had trash on it. The grounds were not well kept. Our air conditioner made a sound like a jet plane preparing for take off and the control panel had finger prints all over it. I think this will be our last stay here.

Could use some usb ports in rooms , but nice, clean and quiet.

The outer door to the building was to be accessible with our room key, but the door didn’t lock at all! Also, we are used to a second deadbolt security lock on the door, to the room, but that did not exist!

Clean , clean & comfy! Me & grandson stay here it was very nice , friendly check in and check out. If you like Starbucks it’s in the lobby too .

There was something running down the bathroom door. The deadbolt did not work in my room. Hotel needs updated/remodeled.

We chose this hotel at the last minute and booked a room 5 minutes before arrival. The check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable.
