Stay was great! The best part was the late breakfast on Sunday! A minor inconvenience was that the $40 that was held for incidentals took a very long time to be released. (2+weeks) it was a little odd… OTHERWISE, FANTASTIC STAY!

Overall, I was pleased with the hotel. The back door to the lot would not unlock from the outside. I will use this hotel on my next stay in Racine.

The hotel was in a convenient location for our stay after moving in our daughter at Carthage College. The amenities were excellent with the hotel and room being clean and the interior upgraded with recent renovations. The walk-in shower in our room was very nice. The breakfast was great including a wide menu selection. Front desk attendants and the breakfast area prep lady were friendly and helpful. A huge problem we encountered during our stay was when illegal fireworks started blasting in the air from the adjacent wooded property east of the hotel. At first we thought it was munitions explosions or gun shots but then saw fireworks in the air above the hotel. This woke us up at 10pm and went on for about 25 minutes. Our car was parked in the hotel south lot. We checked out at 9am. There were chunks of fireworks paper and chemical powders strewn around the parking lot and on top of our car and other guests vehicles. There were powder burns on our car's paint surface. Fortunately I was able to polish the powder burn marks off the car finish. Our stay was great except for this fireworks incident. Maybe they were, but if not, I think that Racine law enforcement should have been contacted immediately by hotel staff to prevent noise disturbance and property damage to the hotel and guest vehicles.

This is the most disappointing Marriott property I’ve ever spent time at. Breakfast was missing a lot of items including fruit. The milk was set to expire the same day we were there. The tv didn’t work in the room and when we reported it to the front desk they said “okay”. The whole room was dingy and the beds were uncomfortable.

Broken fan in bathroom that was loud , broken tiles in shower , dispensers in shower empty , big crack in sink , no bags in garbage cans , pillows were awful , tv didn’t work , fridge not cold , not enough towels , room next to elevator so loud as heck , awful stay

The morning hostess in the breakfast area, Madeline, was exceptional! Very pleasant, are was spotless and well stocked. Loved visiting with her and she is definately a keeper!

When we got there the person at the desk (young lady) looked miserable and didn't speak to us, we spoke first. We had 2 rooms reserved, one was okay but the 2nd was not clean dirty towels, garbage had not been taken out and bed not made. We got a another room but the air consitioner was leaking and toilet was not working properly so we got another room. Both rooms were missing either one thing or another. As we checkwd out I asked the same lady ahoukd I just leave my key on the counter I couldn't even get a verbal response ahe just notted like I bothered her.

Old hotel, not updated or well maintained. The door to both the pool and fitness area was broken. Lift chair for the pool was broken, although we didnt need it, still seems like they're not keeping up with things. There was an old coffee pod in the coffee pot in the room and some crumbs on the floor, so cleaning wasnt great. The staff made up for most of it by being friendly and kind.

They don't let you check in early. Bfast was very good quality. Family used the pool. Worth the price for 4 ppl.

The pool was closed which was one reason we chose this hotel. According to the front desk, we should have gotten a call telling us & allowing us to cancel reservations without a fee, but we didn't find out until we arrived at 9pm...too late to want to search out another hotel. No discount was offered.

The photos seemed better than the actual hotel was in person room wise. Check in staff was super friendly. But the on was small, the TV stations were very limited and even the TV stand was cracked. However, the bed was very comfy which was a plus.

The property was nice the room was nice. But charging me double for smoking when no one was smoking. Kicked me and my party out at 1 am. There was no smoking in the room . Im pissed that they didnt search the room they decided to slap me with an extra $160 so rude. Im never coming back.

The staff was friendly and nice. The room, however, was never cleaned; the pool never worked and the breakfast items were not promptly replenished. The front desk clerk seems to be the customer service rep as well as the maid, as she was welcoming guests one minue, then vacuuming the lobby then refilling breakfast items.

Place was clean and the staff was great. Breakfast was ok. My only real issue (minor)was covers for the to go coffee cups did not fit. Would stay again.
