I travel frequently, but don't write reviews. Jaylen at the check-in desk is the reason I am compelled to write. He greeted me with a friendly smile, quick service and selected the perfect room for a weary solo traveler. 8th floor room, corner end, with a sitting nook and view. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT & FABULOUS!! I was so pleasantly surprised with this room layout I had never seen in ANY hotel ANYWHERE before and certainly wasn't featured the pics or website (I check every amenity). The pool and deck overlooking the lake, gym sauna, breakfast buffet, FREE PARKING and on site restaurant and Starbuck cafe were all bonus!! The area also has places to eat and Harrah's Casino is short distance away for a little adult entertainment. There is also shopping nearby so definitely a hidden gem great for family or solo trip anytime. Enjoy your stay, I sure did and will be back!!

Quick check in and check out. Ahead of schedule but it’s not the busy season. Room adequate in size and comfortable. The bathroom could use the proper vent to get rid of the extra moisture. Plenty of parking spaces. About 10 minutes easy drive to the ocean. Starbucks right next to the property. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Depending on what side of the hotel you're on it's noisy. It is right by the highway which makes it a convenient location. We this know because we changed rooms a few times. I would have lowered the over all rating if not for the Front Office Mang Nicole. She is the only thing saving the hotel as far as I'm concerned. I cant believe this is a Marriott property. I don't know when it was purchased, but they need to put the Marriott touch on the property quickly!!. It looks old, and smells old. The rooms are dated, and falling apart. I could go into more detail but i'll leave it with, we had to call the engineering dept several times during our week long stay.

I appreciated the great comfy bed with lots of pillows, good working AC great TV, quiet clean room. I also enjoyed the café downstairs and the Starbucks. It was nice to have someone available downstairs to answer questions and to help when I needed it.

Our room was full of mold. You can smell it as soon as you step off the elevator on the 15th floor where our room was.

The surrounding area is not good. There's a strip club a block away. The breakfast buffet is too expensive! We had to walk the strip club every day to the diner The pool area is very nice but it turned into a Latino party loud music! And the room service is minimal I would not recommend this hotel for more than a day!!!

At checkin we were welcomed with champagne and cookies. The hotel was clean and smelt really nice. The room was just as clean.

Twas a mixed bag. On one hand, the customer service was excellent. But the carpet in our room was badly stained, the door was damaged and impossible to open, the walls were paper thin, and some of the toiletries were missing or empty. For $180/ night, I expect a lot more. This was a perfectly great $90 room but since we paid twice that, I dont recommend it.

Some areas and rooms in the property smelled like mold. The room door was hard to close and looked beat up.

We were very pleased with the hotel staff, rooms and pool area. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The champagne upon arrival was a very nice touch.

Check in was nice, headed up to room, large and empty. It looked like it wasn’t used regularly. The restroom was odd, and the toilet flush handle fell off, my husband put it back-then the TP dispenser literally fell apart in my son’s hand. Room had no clock and not enough lights for the size of the room. Not terrible, just didn’t match the rest of the hotel, which looked super nice.

Pool and Jacuzzi are not well maintain.The hotel reviews are not so accurate, we thought we can have a great time after a long trip and outdoor adventures at there amenities. The only good thing is the free welcome drinks and coookies at reception. Also the room looks decent and have a very good Water pressure.

An amazing time with my partner. Great staff and amazing view. The room was beautiful and they help resolve any issues with had flawlessly. I definitely recommend and will revisit.

Beds were not clean, back board was peeling off and all over the bed. Trash were left along the hallway by the room

From the outside, the hotel looks nice, and the lobby looks amazing. However, once you walk through the hallways and enter the rooms, it feels like a completely different hotel. The rooms and hallways desperately need updating. The pictures on Expedia appear to be outdated, as the rooms do not look anything like them. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the furniture was old and broken. The carpet was dirty and worn out. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition, with rust and outdated fixtures. The toilet made noise, the shower tiles were dirty, and the shower curtain had stains that appeared to be blood. When we requested to switch rooms, the alternative room was even worse. The light switch was not attached to the wall, and the AC vent was broken or coming off. We have stayed at other Westin hotels and as bonboy memeber this has been the worst hotel. Carmela and Stephania tried to help us but they couldn't do much due to overall stay of the hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving your facilities and ensuring a better experience for future guests.

Loved the hotel , friendly kind amazing customer service . Beautiful view , pool area was wonderful. Only problem was pool close to early need to stay open at least till 10pm.
