Unfortunately this hotel is really old and probably our room was at least 20-25 years old. This was the worst hotel room we have ever had regarding that it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel. We were in the old buildings and tried to change room but without any success. We just got another room looking exactly the same. The room was dirty and I showed pictures for the guys in the reception but they did nothing except from saying we are sorry. No compensation or anything. Worst experience ever and we have been traveling a lot around the world from Tanzania to Japan to the States and Europe of course.

My experience was beyond measure. The tranquility, respect and kindness of the staff, the environment makes me think differently. I felt very welcomed, the property was beyond clean and the staff was top tier. One of the best experiences so far ❤️

It was great time during our family vacation at this hotel. Great customer service!

We stayed here to be close to Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea on our trip vs. taking train from Tokyo. We stayed on the 8th floor facing the direction of Hotel Okura and Toy Story Hotel.
The hotel staff was supportive, friendly and patient. Though we were early for our check-in, we are able to place our bags at the bell desk. And prior to arriving here we had our luggages delivered from our previous hotel to here. Stepping out briefly so that our room is ready by 3pm, we were surprised to see that our bags we checked in earlier at the belldesk, as well as our transported luggages were already in our rooms.
Our room was spacious with well stocked amenities. It had a great large bathroom as well as a spacious bedroom area.
The facility itself is wide and spacious - cafe by the lobby, convenience store close to the gift shops and other activities that families can take part in.
After staying in a few business hotels, this stay was a refreshing relief as it is huge and comfortable.
At the end of our stay the bellhop was able to summon a taxi for us to take us to Haneda airport. The hotel has a line of taxis up front so that's reassuring that we can go travel outside of Maihama with minimal transport issues
We plan to stay again at this hotel in our upcoming trip.

The hotel looks great on paper. But when you stay there you’ll notice lots of issues in terms of experience.
Starting with the food and bar. The roof bar / restaurant is only available for club members. Leaving you with only a choice of Starbucks-like cafe, a buffet only restaurant or another restaurant literally had 3-4 food items on the menu.
So there was really no place to chill out and have a drink. The garden is largely abandoned with no drink service.
The pool itself was on par with public swimming pool. Adequate but not nice.
It’s too bad the hotel doesn’t treat itself like a resort. Rather it’s a hotel with lots of amenities on paper, that you can’t really use.

Amazing, close distance to DisneyLand/Sea using the monorail. Breakfast service is amazing. Not all staff seem to speak English well.

Hotel made sure there was a baby cot in the room. Luggage was taken care of and the room was excellent. Very close to Disney parks via the disney train line.

We spent two nights in a Parkwing room for three persons. Spacious room on 7th floor with view to Disney Park direction. Cleanliness of the room was excellently taken care of by cleaning lady of our floor and location for visiting Disney Parks very convenient. A walkway along Maihama seaside was nice on our check-out day for spending some of our xtra time outside. Beautiful outside pool area and also inside pool (which was crowded by families with children -Japanese bank holiday). Direct bus to airports was the cherry on the top.
2.5
Disappointing lack of consideration in the handling of the check-in “passport return” at the Disney Welcome Center. We are seniors and to experience the heart-attack moment of high levels of worry anxiety was way more than we anticipated. Not to mention, the extreme inconvenience of tracking down the property to get someone to understand that the passport was not returned by the Disney Welcome Center Sheraton (DWCS) check-in staff.
The confusion is with the first DWCS staff taking the passport to make a copy, who never returned to check on us, but kept checking-in other guests. Only to be greeted by the second DWCS staff securing our information, handling the luggage to the hotel, and providing an envelope packet with the property’s keys, breakfast vouchers/information, then sent us off. In the mist, we were extremely “happy” because of the expedite attention and being on-site that we followed her instructions and left to shop/eat without realizing that the passport was not returned in the envelope packet.
The property had the passport for 3 whole days and did not leave a message light on one of the room’s 3 telephones, nor did they slip a note under the door asking us to report to the front desk for the passport. The luggage was delivered to the room, so why not the passport?
We discovered the missing passport when checking into the Tokyo hotel. Luckily, it wasn’t late evening, so we quickly returned to Tokyo Disneyland in the haze of the work crowd.

Incredibly welcoming staff, beautiful breakfast buffet with plenty of options for restaurants restaurants, clean beds, Close to Disneyland Disney Sea cross the road from the monorail perfect for a family

We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Grande last Aug 2024. The hotel is right across Bayside station which is very convenient to Disneyland, Disneysea and Ikspiari. The breakfast at Grand buffet had many choices but a bit pricey.
There is also an indoor pool but the outside pool requires additional fee. The staff are very helpful. Overall we highly recommend staying at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay!

Pool charges for outdoor Pool and garden area!!
It may have been mentioned before we booked it and it may be common in Japan but its really disappointing and overshadowed our stay. If you really must charge a fee to use the pool, why dont they include it as part of the room fees or overall stay. This would avoid the resentment felt from guests on arrival. They wanted the equivalent of $250 AUD for my young family to use the outdoor pool for one hour!

Location is amazing. We enjoy the ocean view a lot. Unfortunately, it is an old hotel. Hoping it can be rennovated.

Rooms are very spacious.
Highly recommended!

Excellent service and staff. Got a free ocean view upgrade. Though room design style is not my choice, I was clean and spacious compared central Tokyo. Minor forgivable blemishes here and there. Walkable to Disney Bayside station. Don't forget to eat at the huge buffet spread at the cafe

This property needs a free outdoor pool.

Room smelled like cigarettes . The property is old the rooms don’t even have smart TVs .

Great place and environment for kids. We enjoyed.

Overpriced and nothing is included. The only thing complimentary was the water. You spend all of this money to stay at this resort and literally everything cost extra.

The property is very nice specially if you are planning to visit the Disney parks.

Place is fantastic location for Disney.very easy to get to and from also to the local train station. Hotel safe are very friendly and helpful always smiling... downside is you nèed to pay $53 Aust to use the pool (max 3 hrs) tbh the price you pay to stay pool should be included... its not that specail either.

Up charge for club level to use out door pool.
No shuttle service to airport or to cruise terminal.
Limited English speaking lobby staff.
I have Marriott Bonvoy membership but booked for club level room through Hotels.com, no Marriott points given through third party.
Caters to Marriott Bonvoy members for services at hotel.

It was not clear in the property description that the majority of facilities offered onsite are not included in the room cost. The outdoor pool, kids play and mini golf are all additional costs. If I’d known this I would have opted to stay at the Disneyland hotel as it was all the additional kids facilities that swayed me to book the Sheraton. Additionally you should know that the outdoor pool is not only an (exorbitant in my opinion - approx $55 aud per person for 2.5 hrs) additional cost but you need to make a reservation in advance and there were no reservations left during our 3 night stay on arrival. Although this may have been a blessing in disguise as we then found out that any sun lounge, umbrella seat or cabana is an additional cost again. The club lounge, however, is definitely value for money. The rest of the restaurants onsite were very expensive. There’s also no proper convenience store (7-11, family mart etc) so if you have kids definitely bring snacks with you. The hotel is a very easy walk to the Disneyland monorail and about 15 mins to the gate. Overall if it was clearer how the hotel works when I booked I wouldn’t have been so disappointed and would have booked the Disneyland hotel instead.

5 min Walking distance to monorail. Get the breakfast buffet for no worries morning. Late night food options is good if you didnt have time to eat at the park.

Cost is 3 times what you will pay for the booking, ocean dream rooms look at a parking lot, room ok ish , good, but not at the level you see in the hotel lobby, swimming pool not included, every 2 hours for a family of 4 is around 300$, nice places, nice people, expect a 1000$ daily for 2 parents and 2 children

After paying over $350 per night, the pool cost an additional $35 per person and was only open during Disney Park hours. To use the onsen and showers it was an additional $25 per person. No breakfast included and air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night. Felt like everything was an extra charge.

The shuttle services were amazing, either to Disney facilities or to the station.
The staff was very friendly and amicable
Thanks

DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible hotel, they charge you for breakfast, for taking your luggage, for the pool. way too overpriced for what you get. the staff is also not very helpful. We needed medicine during our trip and they refused to give us medicine. staff during breakfast is trying to rush you to leave also DO NOT STAY HERE

The staff is amazing- kind, friendly, joyful, and helpful! They always had a smile and were willing to help even with the language barrier. Room was spacious and cozy!
Only downside was the AC system is old and the room was just warm- felt like 78 degrees. It didn’t get cold even after maintenance checked it. We stayed for two night in July and it was very hot and humid outside so did not enjoy coming back to a luke warm room temp. Overall loved the hotel just not the AC temp in the room. Easy to get to Tokyo Disney resort!!

The floor we where in , really bad smell, carpet floor really dirty. The fee for the pool really high, the convenience store small amount of products.

Very clean. And the shuttle to monorail was the best. Literally across the street
