The Westin Grand Cayman is relaxed luxury at it's best. We enjoyed the layout of the pool opening into the beach. The bar overlooks the pool and has live music every night. We had a great experience at this property!

Adela took good care of us, made us feel at ease. The rest of the staff was very helpful and engaging as well. They made our stay at the Westin something to remember. They delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room in celebration of our 30yr anniversary. Lot’s of good memories for sure.

I was disappointed with the service and thought they could do much better considering how much we paid for this hotel. We had to call quite a few times for clean towels, clean wine glasses, coffee, toilet paper, body wash and one time they didn’t clean our room.
It was loud due to being right next to the elevator and gym.
We were not pleased!

Excellent. Courteous and attentive staff. They truly go out of their way to help guests in any way they can. Beach is wonderful. Some of the clearest, azure colored ocean waters in the Carribean. Heavenly Beds* live up to their names. All around wonderful experience.

I really loved the experience at The Westin. The location is perfect because you are 7 mile beach, the best beaches on the island. They have lots of different options for food/dinning. There are lots of places you can visit that are walkable. Also, the taxi system on the island itself is great, you feel safe wherever you go.

It was an amazing experience. The customer service and the cleanliness of the place have no match. The food and drink from the hotel are really good. There are so many activities to do from board games to watersports. It is a great place to vacation.

The Westin was a great resort! We celebrated our 30th anniversary here and had an amazing time. Pool was great, had really good food at the pool restaurant and the servers were prompt and attentive. The property was very clean and rooms were nice. The restaurant serving breakfast was also very good, had breakfast there twice and dinner once and the food was great. All the staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back!!

The beach was the highlight of our trip. My family and I loved the crystal clear calm water. There were plenty of beach beds with umbrellas daily. Centrally located. It was a wonderful family vacation!

However, due to tree coverage over the pool, the pool had a lot of debris floating in it which made it less enjoyable

The visit was fantastic! The only thing I would suggest is that they change their check-in time because of 4 PM. Check-in is way too late for people who are arriving early in the morning.

The property is really nice. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a good size. Water pressure was a little low, but plenty of hot water. Our partial ocean view was a partial ocean view. We arrived early but check in is at 4pm. We weren't able to check in early. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great beach and delicious food at the on-site restaurants.

We loved this beautiful property for our family vacation. Peaceful and great food. Cabanas on the beach were key! Service and Staff was top shelf. AC was not working properly in one of our rooms but they moved us to new room. Overall wonderful stay.

Friendly staff , outdoor activities and lobby were welcoming, a lot of food options, but close enough to drive or taxi to other spots. The food and drinks are pricey but you get what you pay for. The reception area took care thoroughly of my room when they made a mistake in check in

The property was nice and clean. The beaches were beautiful and the pools were great. Staff was attentive and polite. I didn’t like the food and drink prices on the resort. I also did was not happy that my room mini-fridge was not working through the entire trip. Otherwise, it was a good trip with satisfactory amenities.
