The beds were very uncomfortable. The pool was also broken. They did however upgrade the room. Room was clean.

The pool was not working. The pool should be priority in the summer. Also, a continintal breakfast would ensure more bookings. The area is expensive. More families will book with a free meal. They only had a one cup coffee machine. Other than that, the beds are comfortable.This place has so much potential.

Don’t recommend! Our sheets were dirty, the lights were all disconnected and the room was hot. There was no cold water and the tv turned on but no cable.

My room was given to someone else. They tried to accommodate but asked for payment since my room was given away. I had prepaid and asked why do i have to pay again. Desk clerk confirmed that someone checked in as me. She finally gave me two rooms and asked for cash deposit. The next day, i almost did not get my deposit back because morning desk clerk stated it was not my rooms.

The Hotel had no ice machine available, no pool available, the conditions of the place is old and should be closed because it’s not safe. Horrible smell, and Expedia should avoid this hotel available to people. Was very expensive for a 1 star hotel out of 10.

Needs update rooms were dirty and they are dark need lights

The room was not bad it was the following. First off no WiFi although they advertise that they do. Second the bed skirt had cigarette burns and blood stains!!! It was so gross because me and my family were staying there. Then we were not able to use the pool because they were repainting it. We should of received a discount due to the inconvenience. The staff was great but because of theses things I rated poorly.

I was disappointed because we booked this place for the pool at least to pass the time. Get there and find out the pool hasn’t been in service for years. Wish the picture didn’t include the pool. False advertisement in my opinion.

1st of all. Swimming pool was out. Taking my grandkids so they can swim. Then the room was dirty we kill a spider then at night the air wasn’t working it was hot take for ever the air conditioning to turn back on. Never again this was our 1st time doing this on line. Next time I do it in person the hotel doesn’t even look like the one in the pictures

There was pubes and stains on the sheets, did not stay there after pulling back the covers

where do I start? dirty bathroom, towels like car rags, noisy ac, no blanket, two ice machines, both out of order, outdoor trash receptacles overflowing. The pool had no water in it. The grounds and sidewalks were leaf and dirt covered. Booked a year in advance for the eclipse and still was charged over $300 per night so I expected more.

The room was very clean and the bed was fine. On the negative side the room was dark. Only two light fixtures in the entire room. No facial tissues, no coffee maker and there was not an icemaker on the property.

Found dead roach in room. No outlets next to bed. Jad to unplug lamp by tv to charge phones.

Terrible stay, AC ticked the whole night, shower only had Hot water, and on our last day there before check out the water was cut off while I was in the shower. Check out wasn’t until 11am and this happened before check out. I went to ask why it was cut off and the lady at the desk named Daliah stated she thought everyone had checked out already. But we hadn’t checked out yet and my car was still parked out front. She stated they couldn’t turn it back on.

The outside pool had no water in it, the phone was not plugged in, the lights were not plugged in and when I tried to plug it in, there wasn't a plug for one of the lites, the TV had 10 channels, the tub had a ring of back stuff on it (underneath the clear based caulk), and the bathroom sink had a trickle of water coming out of the faucet at full blast, so it was a shame, truly a shame.

There were no lights in the main room. Had to use my phone flashlight to get around. There were no blankets only a sheet and bedspread and it was 51 degrees no heater it appeared the room was in the middle of a remodel. Stucco all over the bathroom in the shower had hard time turning shower on. should have never rented room out!!!

Dirty recliner super dirty and smelled like sweat . Super bad odor in room . Need replaced !

We got to the room and there were no towels or wash clothes. The TV didnt work but the your woman fro. the front desk fixed it when she came to bring towelsand wash clothes. Once we got settled, my husband went to get our daughter out of the shower and got a big piece of glass from the previous guest stuck in his foot and was bleeding. I cleaned it up but realized there there was still blood on the counter from the previous guest. Also, while I was cleaning my husband's blood off the floor that there was more glass under the bathroom counter. I took pictures of everything and would like a refund. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and while a little outdated it has always been clean with friendly staff. Something being outdated is fine but cleanliness and safety is something that is not negotiable.

Roaches in the room, floor was dirty, ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. The pictures online must be old because the property does not look like that at all. The kids were afraid to go to sleep thinking bugs were going to crawl on them. I would not recommend anyone stay at this motel.

When we got there and checked in our room was hotter than it was outside. I went to the front desk and told her and she gave us another room. We got into that room and the paint was coming off the walls the bathroom had a huge uncovered window and zero air circulation and the skin on the bathroom door was peeling away. Horrible experience all around and ended up leaving Friday to go to another hotel.

The staff was really nice, but they should allow you to see the room before you pay for it. I reserved the 3 bed room for myself and 2 teen soons. As soon as I walked in, I turned around. I wasn't going to subject them to that type of room. It is in terrible need of update and definitely not worth the cost. I left the property and fortunately found a room at Holiday Inn Express. I kept the room until the following morning and when I checked out, the front desk agent asked how the stay was. I was honest and told her we didnt stay in the room because the area isn't the best and the room was simply not up to par.
