The room I was originally given smelt like dog and I went in to brush my teeth at the sink and it was clogged up with small black hairs just nasty didn't even appear to be cleaned never again!

The heater did not heat very well. There were no blankets to stay warm. No tissues were provided.

Do not stay here please. It is so filthy. Bathtubs are disgusting, the rooms you book non smoke will smell like smoke or other substance. The pillows are extremely filthy and the sheets have stains. These Beds have horrible Springs. One of the beds has a spring out becareful!!! Towels had to be returned to get more. They were not even as clean as they should be. Its just plain nasty. Don't book it. We didnt sleep well. You can complain all you want to the front office and change room's but it's not up to them. She called her boss and she just told her to spray a smoke smell eliminator in our room and we already had changed from 2 previous rooms. They wont move you anymore because all the non smoking are booked and most of the non smoking smell so bad. Even if they have the sign on the door. 🚭 all the towels and sheets curtains including AC units are all penetrated. I do not recommend you to take babies in there Or kids. People who have respiratory problems should never have to experience this. Also the laminated floors move. Your socks will get so filthy in these rooms. Wear sandals at all times. Doors are not as easy to open the sensors are so bad.

Booking.com charged me $185 on August 3, for 2 rooms, a king and a double. When I arrived on August 6, I was told that there were two king rooms, and that I had only been charged for one room. So, I was charged for another $85. I ended up paying for over $250.00 and I am not at all happy about it. I am not using this site ever again. Especially if I don't get my money back. The hotel was nice, but we were also put on the 2nd floor when I had asked for handicap access. What's the use in asking a question when the needs will not be met? My son in law is a double amputee and he needed to be on the first floor. I have a bad knee and I too needed to be on the first floor. Again, I will never use this site again.

Very dirty room, pillow cases, towels were dirty, toilet broken, no WiFi, could not find staff in one occasion, and very expensive for what we received, we had to cut short our stay due to all of these.

Although they clean it, looks a bit dirty. The shower didn’t work at all. I heard at least two other clients with the same problem. Needs renovation urgently. overpriced

TV didn’t work. Sheets looked old and dirty. Pillows were old and flat and dirty

Nothing special about the property except for the relatively low fare.

Motel doesn’t provide shampoo and only one bar soap.
