We spent 2 days at the hotel and our experience was amazing from the start, the two amazing ladies at the desk gave us the most welcome, the room was fancy, we had a little incident with the detector but that did not spoil anything, the only thing was the height, we were at the 6th floor, inside it was perfect but stepping out and looking down, our heads would spin but overall experience it was impeccable.

The overall stay was good. The hotel was very cold. Breakfast didn't stay hot. The phone in the room didn't work. And there was only one. Bathroom could use a little tlc. Grout lines need cleaning and the caulking need cleaning or replaced.

The rooms faced the hallway and elevators not allowing any sound cancellation and hotel did not honor any quiet hours although the noise was near the lobby. Additionally AC unit did not work

Breakfast was incredible. Indoor and outdoor pool was amazing. Room was pretty good, besides the outlets being very loose... hard to charge devices. The shower was okay.. made a screeching noise for a few minutes before it stopped. The sink in the bathroom barely got warm. Bed was very comfortable. Tv's were decent with a decent amount of options to watch things. Not really any good movies. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Overall great stay, would stay again. 8/10.

Great stay!! We had 16 in our party and loved the option for 6 to a room. Very clean, excellent breakfast. Best I have ever seen. We travel a lot! Beautiful pool area indoor and outdoor. The water was a bit dirty and cloudy. But I believe this was due to a ball some teenagers had busted in the pool.
We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again if in the area.

Staff was just blah at checkin … not nice but not mean. We have stayed at this hotel every time we come down here now for years from the Cleveland area. The front desk at check in did not inform us about any accommodations at the hotel like the happy hour or breakfast. Our room smelled like stale smoke when we walked in. The glasses had lipstick still on them in the room which meant they were never washed.
Just disappointed in the way this location is soaring getting worse & worse. We stay at embassy’s a lot bc they are most condusive for our family. But this one has slowly been more & more of a let down.

When we arrived, there was a kids baseball/softball tournament in town, and the lobby/bar area was loud with lots of people. Our room was very quiet, despite the noise off all the people. The room was clean, very nice, and perfect for a couple to "get away". We had driven 5 hours and the staff was very friendly, helping us get all set for the night after a late check in. We were given snacks and water, as well as water when we checked out. Highly recommend the stay at this location!

There were a few reunions and large groups on one of the nights i was there so my daughter did not get to enoy the pool. I di not enjoy the cocktail hour as much as i had in the past as the alcohol was bottom shelf and i opted away from the snacks because i saw small children grabbing everything with bare hands instead of using the tongs provided

Everything about the room was old and dated…the furniture, bathroom, TV, key card entry. Room had a musty smell. The TV navigation was ancient (try finding a workable guide), and no smart features and apps (Netflix, etc). There systems were down so we couldn’t even check in at 3:30pm, and they never called me when the room was ready (they kinda lied and said they did). Lastly, we were charged $5/day to self park in the regular outside lot. Maybe this is a new thing but I hate new “just cause we can” charges.
On the positive side, service was otherwise good and breakfast was great.

The lady who checked us in wasn’t very nice, maybe she hated her job.. also they never told us we had to pay for parking.. just charged to my credit card. My room keys were demagnetized every single time we went into our room, we didn’t touch it on anything either. We had to have all

We showed up around 11pm, front desk was super cool about us checking in late. The lady at the front desk was definitely more invested in her drink, than she was with us. We asked her for a cart, and she said “yeah you’ll have to hunt one down” and didn’t offer any help. Didn’t try the bar, but I bet they must have made one hell of a cocktail. Room was outdated, and you can definitely tell that they use to allow smoking in the hotel. Not a huge deal, just a heads up for people with allergies. Would stay again, as long as buckeye superfest has another good lineup.
