I was not at all pleased that your breakfast costs $16 plus! That's an outrageous cost for breakfast. I was never offered an ala carte menu, so I could get a smaller meal.
After paying a high price for a room, I was not happy to see a large poster in your lobby that stated that I could have got my room for free! If only I had known!

The hotel was great. It was obvious that it had been updated since my last stay there 15 years ago.

Got stuck in town flying back from Virginia due to a group of Thunderstorms... this hotel is near the great little airport KFIT and about a 5 minute ride from the airport. The hotel is really nice, walking distance to some shops and restaurants. They have a big indoor pool and a nice breakfast.

We were only here for one night but everything was wonderful. Check in was quick and easy, we loved the warm choc chip cookies we received. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of water in the room. Hotel was nice and well maintained. There was only one elevator operating when we were there but it didn’t really affect much of our experience.
The only thing missing is continental breakfast!! :)

When I got to the hotel, they had no record of my reservation. They hotel had two weddings and was very full. I waited for 45 minutes while the hotel agent waited to talk to her manager to see what they could do. I had a email confirmation stating that my room was all paid for and book. The room I was initially assigned appeared as if it hadn’t been occupied for months. Its had this muggy smell, carpet appeared dirty, toilet had gray stains in it, curtains were torn and the desk were dusty. I went to access the refrigerator and as soon as I opened the door to the coset, I saw two cockroaches run out. Behind the refrigerator was this gooey white liquid stain. I requested a new room. The second room I was given had the same muggy smell, torn curtains and was fully handicap accessible. I am not handicapped. The most uncomfortable shower I’ve ever taken. I almost fell twice trying to position myself in the shower so the shower head prays the water directly on me. Overall the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Great location but worse experience.

Nice hotel, friendly staff but in need of some repair/updating. The bathroom was in sad shape. The hook was almost off the wall, the shower was difficult to operate and dripped loudly for hours after a shower and the door was in poor shape. There was mold on the shower seat and the three elevators were down to one. Loved the bed, size of the room and TV. Overall, a good stay that could have been excellent.

We loved the people at the front desk and the warm chocolate chip cookies! Our only complaint was the stained shower curtain and the bathroom in genera in general.

We had a great time the place was amazing. Only few issues that we see were elevators were down so everyone was dependent of service elevator which just took alittle longer and in the dinning hall the last morning there was only one person and we see she was really struggling to keep up with the amount of people that were coming in. We felt so horrible for the poor women.

The Room was visibly dusty, the carpet looked dirty, the tv screen a streaks from someone using a wet cloth to wipe it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste marks, the tub had a water ring in it and the base of the toilet was visibly dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
