Work was being done on the water pipes to fix a leak at the hotel. This was not communicated to us when we checked in. When we entered our hotel room and used the restroom, we found we had no water in the room to wash. We tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room was not working. We went to the desk and asked about the lack of water. It was then that we were told about the repair happening on site. They did not apologize for not communicating the situation when we checked in. They defended themselves by saying there's nothing they can do about it, explaining the repair needs to be done. They had no explanation as to why the phone was not working either. Good customer service would have resulted in communication at the time we arrived and understanding of our situation when we complained, and ownership / apology for their lack of communication. Instead, we received a "too bad for you" reaction. They need to learn that owning up and an apology go a long way.

Left after 1 night found the bed hard as a dam rock ! No chairs to set on . No hair dryer....very poor set up....stickers on door making sure for your own safety....to lock deadbolys security latches ..upon arrival sae people hanging off of the balcony...woke in am paining from the hard bed and left....totally unexceptable

Mattress was like sleeping on a rock.Only 3 pillows on the bed.Only a desk chair in the room.no where to put things.Vanity very small.Coffee was Luke warm and not very tasty.needs a whole makeover.Would not recommend this to anyone and probably will not use a Motel 6 ever again.

I canceled my reservate barely an hour after i made it and yet they still charged me. Buddy drove me there to show why everyone told me do not stay there. Prostitutes and terrible pot smoke smell, do not stay there if there is literally absolutely any other choice and females and children should not go at all

I like staying here. It's clean, close to areas I want to visit and affordable. The staff are always friendly and someone is available on-site 24 hours. I don't require anything fancy with a bunch of bells and whistles, so this is perfect for my needs.

Literally everything you go to a Motel 6 for. Super clean, renovated, great value, comfortable room. Perfect.

People were standing outside the office smoking cigarettes and pot with no regard to incoming guests. They obviously live there as Section 8 housing and I think any hotels that are housing these types of people need to state that in their property information!! I bet they'd lose a ton of business! We were planning on staying there on our way home but cancelled our reservation for that reason. The employee didn't even ask why since it probably happens all of the time!!

Free coffee in the mornings. Reception staff friendly and helpful with extra towels. Basic motel room, clean and in good repair, no frills. No outlets in bathroom for a nightlight. Bonus: Our room had a refrigerator/ freezer and microwave which was not listed in the room amenities. Washers and dryers next to the lobby. Next to Denny’s and near other food choices. Noisy in the evenings due to people with extended stays sitting outside their doors socializing. Would recommend keeping a separate area for people just passing through or 1-2 nights away from the extended stay folks. Otherwise good value for the money.
