I really appreciated the filtered water bottle refill stations. Now they need to eliminate the bottled water! Also appreciated the recycling bins.

The room had a minor smell to it but I sprayed stuff when I got settled. There was also a wet spot on the floor that I later found out was urine unfortunately. Other than that, room and hotel were great!

Internet didn’t work in my room. Carpet is pretty dirty and stained. Fire alarm went off several times. They have a great bar area.

I was so upset about this stay and so disappointed that I waited over a month to write this review hoping that I had just been too harsh. I paid 4x what my other guests paid at a economy hotel in the same city. We drove 11+ hours to reach this hotel for a wedding. We stayed 2 nights the first night/early morning the fire alarm went off multiple times. The room smelled musty like a flood had happened. The bathroom was quite clean but didn't have enough towels. They only gave us a set of 3 for a family of 4. We had 2 queen sized beds. The curtains were messed up and had been broken and were unable to be opened and shut.
My bed was one of the worst hotel beds I had ever slept on and it hurt my back so badly I was not able to help the bride as much the next day as was needed. Our room was ground level which was nice, but it had 2 entrances and one was onto the courtyard/parking area and during the night someone tried to gain access to the room, jiggled the handle a couple of times and gave up.
The next morning I was having a little trouble breathing which is unusual- but it improved almost to the point of vanishing by the end of the day & we had not returned to the room. Returned after reception & asked for new fresh towels for 4 and went all the way back to the room to discover we again had only three & they had cleaned the room which was nice, but had taken all the towels so we were short one towel. Discovered the AC caused my breathing problems. Restaurant unavail. 2x & LOUD

Well because of previous guests we had to wait until 5pm to check in, someone was smoking inside and set off the fire alarms at 3:00am, and my daughter’s car was broken into.
Joanne at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us, but not sure I’d recommend this place or stay again.

The hotel lobby and hallways were dirty. The room was dirty, including googly eyes on the art work. There was mold on the wall and my vehicle was broken into.

The front desk gave us room keys that didn't work. We went back to the front desk and the lady there redid the keys. We took them to our room and found 2 people already in our room. Luckily they were dressed. We were completely embarrassed. We called the front desk and the lady brought keys to a different room to us

Coming in no one was at the front desk, for a solid 10 mins upon arrival, the pictures make it look new and it should be but it is run down, not clean. Random types of tape on bedroom wall, hair, not clean at all in the bathroom. Waste basket had some wet in it. Sheets looked really dingy. We went to the hottub to relax and it was cautioned off, would not be usable bc the testing and levels were off, that was a huge disappointment considering the main reason we booked a hotel was for that. Do not recommend also major serial killer vibes in the place.

They assigned me a room and I entered it. The thermostat and wiring were off the wall and sitting on a table in addition to the front of the vent was off, laying in the floor. I called front desk which assigned me another room. Thermostat worked. However the entire hotel needs a face lift but is very old looking, worn down, and kinda musty.

Kenisha at the front desk was the best person I have met in a long time she made the entire day worthwhile and even though there were some things that weren’t great. I walked away feeling like it was an excellent day because of this woman she really seem to love her job and legitimately care about the customers, and she was a fine person

Great and conveniently located property. Good bang for the buck. Staff are very friendly, the pool is pretty decently kept and indoors. There is a good bar and restaurant inside with many beers (and a couple of ciders) on draft. Rooms are decent and clean too. Would recommend

Marlene checked us into the hotel and was so friendly. After a stressful journey there, it was wonderful to have a friendly face and easy check in.

We stayed at this property many years ago and decided to give it another try. Bed ruffle had major stains (and I mean major!) as did the washcloths. Opted to go elsewhere to take a shower. Staff was very friendly and it looks like you did an upgrade to the hallways and lobby areas but the rooms are very dated.

I appreciated the price of the room. However the phone didn’t work when I attempted many times to call the front desk. My bed was made the second day by staff but no new towels. The hallways and room smell musty. Bed and pillows was comfortable though.
