Very nice.

Room was not clean. Stained sheets. No bar of soap. Toilet didn’t flush well, bathtub would have 6 inches of water in it while showering. The carpeting was all ripped up. The curtains had stains. The condition of this hotel is awful. Have stayed here 5 times and I’ll never return.

We had a power outage for two days Tuesday and Wednesday. Because it started at 4pm they said they would credit only Wednesday. I understand it was a storm but a hotel with 5 floors should have a backup generator. We walked around and it was pitch black with hardly any flood lights. First day power was back on Wednesday they cleaned all the vacant rooms rather than those who stayed through the outage. I requested room to be cleaned and they said they would but didn’t. We had 10 rooms for a baseball tournament. All families asked multiple times whether we would get a two day credit. We were always told a manager would get back to us shortly. Upon checkout Sunday morning our credit cards were charged full price and now we are told they will contact us. They were more focused on making money rather than customer service. The kids enjoyed the pool area. It needs to be updated but 10 year old boys will love to hang out in the pool. People who served breakfast and the manager in the restaurant, forgot his name, were very nice. It was a very good buffet breakfast. Beds were comfortable. It’s a typical 3 star property. I’m not a complainer but to me when you have a small group of people who stick it out and don’t vacate the hotel to go somewhere else, you go out of your way to take care of them and at least clean their rooms after two days without power. That’s just my opinion. The front desk people are very kind though and accommodating. I think it’s a management issue

All was good at the doubletree! There were a lot of customers due to conditions in the city, and the staff acted with friendliness, kindness and grace.

Property needs some modernizing and remodeling

We arrived very close to check in but still did not receive the room we reserved (1 king suite) because supposedly they didn't have any more. We ended up in a room with 2 double beds that we couldn't sleep in together comfortably. The room was GROSS. Mold in the tub, mold on the bathroom walls, mold smell in the room. Almost every surface had a thick layer of dust. The floor was gross. Too grossed out to use the shower. Left as soon as we could the next morning. How this hotel has 4 stars is beyond me. We should have read the reviews.

I decided not to stay at the hotel. It was dirty and smelled like marijuana. Strange people walking around the hotel. Definitely do not recommend this hotel for anyone!!! lookinf for full compensation.

Was told the pool was being closed because of too much chlorine. An hour and a half later people were still in pool and our kids were upset they were allowed to stay in but they couldn't go down. Called the front desk regarding this and another hour later select people were still in the pool but others turned away. Very disturbing. The bed was so comfortable though.

The bathroom was a nightmare. It was dirty and the room had a lot of long hair in it. The shower was a whole ordeal because it has a shower head that can be hand held but it is attached with the wrong fitting so it doesn’t sit correctly and sprays water everywhere.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The lady in the restaurant making omelettes was wonderful 😊

The hotel is filthy from the elevators to the hallways to the room. They need to clean the place. It’s disgusting and Hilton should be embarrassed for this Doubletree location. You have totally lowered your standards.

Hotel definitely needs some updates. Seemed old and run down in the main areas. Carpet was old and needed to be vacuumed desperately. Room/bed was surprisingly comfortable. And what happened to my free cookie?!

We had agreat experience for a quick family visit. The hotel was clean, good parking and other conveniences making the stay more enjoyable. The best part of our visit was Mr. Dennis. He checked us in and even took the initiative to sign us up for Hilton honors.

The property is older; some areas are well maintained and others you can see the wear and tear. Check in was great and friendly, the room was fine until we went into the bathroom and the towels were all stained and the glasses for your room coffee had lip stains. The staff was quite serviceable and changed the room immediately. The new room was smaller and dusty but we made the best of it as it was just a night stay.

Me and my friend were getting ready to go to a concert and the shower wasn’t draining correctly. Afterwards I called the front desk and told them about the situation. They told me they would call me back but instead sent a maintenance man to my room and I’m exposed getting ready for a concert and my friend is in the shower, why they thought they were going to fix the shower while we were in the room is mine baffling to me. later on after the concert, I went to use the microwave to heat up some food and the microwave didn’t work. Now this is after our keys to our room didn’t work the first time and I already had to walk down and get them recalibrated so I went to the front desk, and there was a lady with glasses and a Bluetooth speaker in her ear that was very rude. Her and another employee were doing audits while training another employee. The black employee with glasses seemed to want to help my situation with my room not being accommodating whatsoever, but the lady with the Bluetooth speaker in her ear and glasses just wanted to give me free breakfast for me and my friend. Not knowing what our plans were for the morning thinking that was just a Band-Aid. I wanted another room or to be compensated for my room, but instead was treated like my problems weren’t an issue. If I’m paying $200 for the night and then another hundred is being taken out of my account for possible incidentals, I expect to be comfortable in my stay in the hotel room.

We only stayed one night here, but our room had the comfiest beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on! I had the best night's sleep after a long day of travelling. It was very easy to get to, close to many restaurants for late night dinners, and there was lots of parking available at all times! Check-in staff were very kind and professional. I would absolutely stay here again!

The chairs in the lobby were very aged & dirty. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice. The elevator sounded like it was about to break. The other elevator was out of order. Our room was nasty. The bedding had stuff all over it. The lamp shade had splashed food or vomit in it. The pillows smelled horrible. The bath tub was almost black on the bottom. upon returning from dinner we asked for a different room. It was slightly better but not much. The pool is indoor / outdoor, but they would not let us swim outside. It was in the 80s & sunny. The swim thru to the indoor was blocked off. The pool was dated. The hot tub water was a greenish color. There was build up all around the top of the water along the metal. It looked like it was never cleaned. The actual seating surface and steps surface was super rough. It actually cut my toe and ruined my new board shorts. We were gone most of the next day. That evening we swam in the same conditions. The morning we were checking out they were working on the only operating elevator. I used the men's room off the lobby and the only way I can describe each stall was how port a johns look at a concert. There was fecal matter and toilet paper all over every toilet. 100% would not stay here again.I hate being the person writing this, but I felt that I had to write it. We had a bad vibe about it as soon as we parked. We thought since it was a Hilton that it would be nice. It was not at all.

Very clean and conveniently located! Kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, bar/restaurant on site, and walkable to several other dining/drinking options. Would stay here again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Tried to check in at 5pm & room still not ready. Would not give us a refund because we booked through Expedia.

It was bad they gave me a room who already had people it it. Then they gave me a room with no sheets or blankets in it for bed said they would bring them up never did I had to go get them at 11:00 pm so we could go to sleep
