Hotel was nice and clean with good service, but be aware that the picture on the hotel's profile is of a beautiful building nearby and not of the hotel itself. That said, the hotel was lovely and clean, just not quite what we were expecting appearance wise.

We loved our stay at the Chantilly Best Western. Great and friendly staff, beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms. The city has so much history. The visit of the chateau was amazing.

A large room with an equally large and comfortable king sized bed. Bathroom was spacious but the shower had a half glass wall curtain that I find gets water everywhere. We were facing the main road and it was a little loud with cars when we first went to bed but we did manage to have a good sleep and would recommend the hotel.

Quiet. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was €12, secure and right out the door of the hotel, very accessible. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel dining room, and it was very good and well priced. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and for about €14 you can ride right to the Louvre and back. I was in Chantilly many years ago, and I’m very glad that I was able to go back for another visit.

We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus du Parc Chantilly. Our room was very spacious with a very large private terrasse. We were able to easily walk to the main streets of Chantilly as well as the castle of Chantilly. The staff was helpful and professional. My only hesitation is that the taxi that the hotel arranged for us on our departing day seemed to take us the long route to the airport and I had to pay double what I had been expecting to pay. I would ask beforehand about taxi rates as I did pay less than half that from the airport into Paris and Chantilly is closer to the airport than Paris...

Overall good stay. Quick check-in, room was large and super clean. Super quiet, great location across from park and easy walk to restaurants and chateau. Check out was quick and easy as well. Was here on a sunday and found free street parking right in front of hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the style, size and comfort of the rooms. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The evening meal in the restaurant was high-quality and the service was excellent, as was the buffet breakfast in the morning. We're looking forward to our next stay.

A very convenient hotel. I recommend rooms facing the back to avoid the noise from the road and also that travelers bring their complete toiletry bag as the amenities are minimal. In winter time, air heating can be a bit limited to warm the room.

Lovely clean, modern hotel. Well appointed rooms and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble - they organised transfers to and from the airport, as well as printing our boarding passes for us. Breakfast was standard French fare, simple but very tasty. We dined in the restaurant 2 evenings, the food was of very good quality and well presented, cocktail and wine list offered plenty of choice. Overall, a very pleasant and clean hotel, that made for a lovely weekend away!

Nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Within 15 minutes walking distance to Chateau de Chantilly. Also in the close proximity to a shopping street with some good restaurants. Amazing breakfast at 15 Euro per person. The hotel also has a parking at 13 Euro per night. Definitely recommend the place and the hotel.

It’s a total last minute reservation& wanted to find a place outside of Paris yet on my way to Calais so I found out this Hôtel. It was all nice & tidy and very touristic location which I knew nothing about.
