The hotel is super nice, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good, too. The only thing I found odd was that there was no toilet brush in the room.

We were in Amsterdam for a few days before a business conference. Hotel is located directly across from the train station which is convenient. Noisy the first night (more people outside on the weekend).
Room was not very big but adequate. Mattress was hard and pillows flat.
Good selection of restaurants in close proximity to hotel. Loads of transportation options.

Hotel was well kept, great location for seeing the city with its proximity to the central station. Best part was we were able to buy a lot of museums and transportation passes from the lobby of the hotel. Breakfasts are definitely worth it.

Lovely clean hotel, staff are extremely friendly - especially the breakfast staff. Facilities are super clean. You won’t find a hotel more central than this.
Rooms are extremely spacious and the bed is more comfy than my own at home!

Paying for this hotel through hotels.com left us with owing a city tax of 30+euros at check in. Not sure why this happened.

Hi extremely disappointed with my stay I booked a canal view and paid extra for this room type when I finally arrived in my room I found that the view was completely blocked out by scaffolding due to repairs - at no time during booking or check in was I advised that the hotel was under repair

We had a good stay at the hotel so no major complaints. But for the price, we would have expected more. The shower water was only warm, not hot, and there was no soap in the dispenser. Buffet breakfast OK, but nothing special. Staff generally cheerful and helpful though.

The hotel is very nice and right at the train station. The front rooms have a beautiful view but are a bit noisy due to the trams right outside that starts at 5am. We stayed in a few different hotels in Amsterdam and this one was pricier in comparison. I and they were equally as nice, however this one is in the busiest part of the city. I was disappointed that no water was provided in the room and all other hotels we stayed at throughout Europe did and were much less cost.

Very nice place, lobby left much to be desired. I liked the bar area but no where really to sit and chill with family. And beds were not the greatest I’ve slept in at a 4 star hotel. Great location to train station.

We downloaded the hotel app to do online check in with digital key but when we got to hotel it stated room not ready. This was at 5pm. Had to queue up .. 3 staff working so didn’t wait long. Checked in by helpful member of staff and upgraded. Room was facing other rooms so no nice view but lovely big room.
Only issue we had was we didn’t have to check out till 12 noon but TV switched itself off at 10am saying thank you for checking out!
Parking in Amsterdam is a nightmare with lots of roadworks near hotel but Q Park central is over the road.

Loved the central location of the hotel to everywhere. The native concierge was very knowledgeable of the area and referred us to a wonderful restsurant right around the corner. Would stay there again.

Park Plaza was so convenient to everything and walkable to great restaurants, train station, shopping, Red Light, Anne Frank, etc. Concierge was absolutely incredible and so helpful! They helped us book many things and was always around to answer questions.
The only issue was the cleanliness. I didn’t find the rooms particularly clean. We had dirty towels in our room and the pool was okay at best. Also we arrived at 6pm and our rooms weren’t ready yet which isn’t acceptable. Other than that the location was fabulous. I’d stay there again!

The Victoria is directly across the plaza from the train station. They were able to give us our room early. We chose the room overlooking the canal and it was very comfortable, large, and nicely decorated. We took the train from the airport. Don’t forget to validate your ticket since you will need it to exit the station. With the hotel so close we couldn’t have been happier.

This property is literally just across Amsterdam Central Station which is the hub of all transportation to and fro anywhere even the Schiphol Airport. It is easy and walking distance to tram, cruise, etc. also, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, red light district, and other sites.
The room is huge and clean with great amenities. I especially enjoyed the free lemon cold water at the lobby entrance. The staffs are top notch, friendly, and very helpful. They even offered and set free chocolates especialtt of Amsterdam in our room to welcome us with a Card personally written by Donna and Mara. That was just so sweet and we truly appreciate and enjoyed those. 😍🙏❤️
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel and will definitely comeback. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality. 🙏🤗

This hotel has a great location. Directly across from the central station. It was an easy train ride in from the airport. Numerous dining options all within a 10 minute walk. The breakfast buffet was very good. The sfaff is very friendly.

We have an excellent stay in this hotel with excellent staffs, amenities, and location. We were welcomed with Chocolates and a card especially signed by Donna and Mara. That was so sweet and they did an extra mile to welcome us. We really enjoyed and appreciated it. We will definitely come back to stay here next time.

Great location, friendly staff, close to the train station, trams, shops and restaurants.
Stunning entrance and reception area but for a four star hotel the room was very disappointing.
No soft close doors so expect to be woken during the night multiple times by other guests.
Be prepared to be on a certain floor but expected to go up and down stairs to get to your room.
Overall we had a great stay but a shame the hotel wasn’t one of the reasons.

Didn’t have the Expedia booking in their system so check in problematic. They corrected it but needed a manager and some time. More likely a problem with Expedia over thdd we hotel. Otherwise a great hotel and location.
