The staff were fantastic and friendly. Not a 5 star hotel but clean and nice especially if traveling with a dog

the first room messed of cigarettes. allthouhgt hotel is a smoke free establishment switched rooms second room smelled of dog we just dealt with it for the 3 days we were there

Stayed in room 104 and it had a musty, stale smell. It also smelled of smoke

Room was great. It appeared that you did some carpet cleaning prior to our stay so the carpet was wet in various places. Otherwise no complaints.

The service at this hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and super helpful. However, this facility has only one EV charging station.

Always a great view, close to downtown Whiskey Row, and casinos. Room was big, with a comfy king bed, clean, with a nice sized shower. We didnt stay for the continental breakfast, however we ate at the restaurant nearby, Mi Tierra Restaurant, it was definitely the best authentic Mexican food around Prescott, I give it ☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommend THE PRESCOTTONIAN.

I wish I could say something nicer since the employees were very kind and polite to me, we requested to check in early to drop our luggage, we came back at night ready to rest unfortunately we found an insect when we unfolded the blanket, I called it bed bug but latter on looking on the internet it could of being a tick. The manager on duty called it a tree bug that probably flew while we opened the door, but I did not see any wings, I only sow it crawling with many legs and pretended to be dead when we moved it. There were no rooms available so we left and the manager authorized a refund, she said It should take few days before it shows in my card.

Needs higher toilets and handrails in showers. But, good breakfast and very helpful employees. The bed was a bit harder than we are used to, but room was very spacious, and quiet. We would recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The manager is not nice.

The rooms were filthy. The plugs didn’t work the air conditioner never cooled off the floors were filthy. It was awful. We want our money back.

Very basic room. Clean. In-room AC made a lot of noise and had to be turned off at night.

There was no elevator which made it difficult to bring up the luggage and misc. things for a couple with grandkids. The bed was too firm for me. There was no room service during our two night stay.

Great check in - very friendly. Went to room after getting the key. Didn’t need a key because the door was ajar. Caused us a little concern. Was some in our room? Did whoever clean the room forget to shut the door. Does someone else have a key to our room? I hope not . I didn’t like the uncertainty!

The staff went above and beyond helping me with my luggage. They were awesome and I didn’t even ask for help, they just appeared. Thank you so very much!

Our AC unit in our room was originally set at 76 when we got there. We reset the AC at 64 and 10 hours later the room finally cooled down. It made for an uncomfortable night of sleeping. There is no air movement in the entire room because the AC unit is in the bathroom area.

I liked that it was close to a lot of things

Our bathroom door would not close and the toilet was toddler sized. There was a noticeable odor in the room when we opened the door. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have two small dogs so the room we stayed in had a very dirty carpet. My wife is handicapped and although we requested a walk in shower we were provided a bathtub which was difficult for my wife to use. We have stayed in several Best Western hotels and this was a bit below average.

Didn’t like the fact that they placed someone above us that made a lot of noise, so much that I asked to check out, and they weren’t able to serve breakfast one morning!

we had a great 3 days! very helpful and friendly staff....the only thing hubby had issue with was the tv...lol....other than that, everything was great--breakfast was awesome!!

The pictures were misleading. It looked more like a hotel, but it is a motel. It was fairly clean, but had a very old looking bathroom and there was a definite unpleasant smell in the room. The front desk clerk was friendly. The breakfast was okay.

The room had a smell of fumigation when we arrive in the room. Carpet was never vacuum from previous guest. Next day when we return to our room, the beds were never made. Only replace with fresh towels and empty the trash cans. Will never stay at this place.

This hotel was cheap and in a convenient location right off the main road into town. Other than that the first room we were given smelled so strong of smoke we asked to be moved. The office was very apologetic and kindly switched us. The second room was slightly better, still not great but we were tired. As far as sleeping went the mattress felt like a board with egg crate foam covering it, though that might have been more comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of cereal, soupy oatmeal or waiting in line for one of the two waffle makers by 8:30am though my son went down earlier in the morning and said the biscuits and gravy were great when they were there. If you’re looking for a cheap room to spend the night this will do it.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the United States. I was first offered a room next to the ice machine which I refused. I was given another room. We left our bags in the room, got ready for dinner and left. When we tried to return from dinner to our room we were locked out. We went to the front desk and the staff told us the room we were in was scheduled for a deep clean and shouldn’t have been given to us. The maintenance staff was gone so they told us to just stay in the room. So we went in and turned on the air conditioner. The most fowl odor came from the ac - it smelled like fecal matter. We quickly shut off the ac, i notified the staff which didn’t do anything about it because it was late. I went to the bathroom and there was a large cockroach on the floor. It was a nightmare. The staff did nothing to correct their mistake and we were victim to their negligence. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not stay here. I repeat- do not stay in this hotel.

Very expensive for what you get, average room. Soft beds made my brothers back hurt. For what they charged price it is not worth it.
