It wasn't a great hotel. It did the job. But the hotel feels outdated. The wallpapers coming off the wall. The beds aren't that comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it, outside of it being close to universal. Also the price is not cheap for what you're getting.

The hotel is really close to universal but the walk have a little uphill and up the stairs, so can get tiring if you been walking all day. So i still take the shuttle.

Hilton Universal is our choice when visiting the park. Unfortunately this visit I must say the beds were terrible. I guess multiple uses over 365 days really shows. We had body indents in them and you could feel every pressure point on your body. Definitely got a terrible sleep over our stay.

This hotel was conveniently located in walking distance to Universal. The room had excellent views, very spacious, and we slept so well in the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Great time playing at Universal studio caught bus great driver's. Welcomed at arrival and enjoyed our trip.

Large room with plenty of space that gave a view of Universal Studios, big bathroom with a great shower, comfortable beds. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful.
The only thing we have to complain about are the pillows that deflate as soon as you touch them! Bring your own pillow and have an awesome vacation!

Tried several times to call before the stay, got no answer. When we arrived, nobody was friendly. We were required to leave a security deposit ahead of times (never once had to do that before). Room was dated, which is fine, but the shower was covered in matted hair. We told reception in the morning but they were only mildly interested.
The kicker was when they requested my feedback via email I told them bout the above and ticked the box to ask they contact me. I got a generic email with no interest, to which I replied bur nobody answered. They clearly aren’t interest.

Room was small but expected in a high rise hotel. West facing window could not really be opened due to heat transmitted through the glass was extremely high. A/C not working well but we weren't in the room that much.

We had reserved a room with a king bed but when we checked in we were told only a double double was available. We asked if she could check for anything available a little later(she said it was the only thing available right now) and after some searching she found a king that we were able to check into right away. We were polite and willing to wait but also Hilton Honors members. I’m not sure if either one had an affect but we did get a king bed. She was very professional for our check in.

Stayed the night with my cousin and boyfriend to attend Halloween horror nights. The walk was the perfect distance from hotel to entrance of universal. In and out all day parking included in your check out day also so you can visit city walk without having to pay ! Amazing staff helped with my bags and made check in easy! Would stay again!

I've stayed here multiple times since about 2021 and it is always a great experience. Staff are accommodating and very welcoming. My go to for a trip up for Halloween Horror Nights

We loved our stayed so much, the hotel was convenient to universal studios and so beautiful, cleaned, and the employee's were so friendly and welcoming, our views was breath taking and super big. I will recommend you to stay at this Hilton hotel if you planning to visit the universal studios!

The pre check in was great although the fact that they charge for parking for hotel guests is not cool and there were other charges added on top of the parking charges as well. The shower door was not sealed enough that there was always water out of the shower making the floor mat always soaked. The sofa bed was not comfortable. There were stains in the sofa and scratches too. The air conditioner controls were goofy that we had to turn it off because it was to cold at one point. The view was amazing.

Wonderful location and if visiting Universal Studios, it is a must stay location. If you are looking for normal Hilton level dining options, bar and concierge this is not the place for you. It exists for its location.

Very clean location, room was very quiet even though we could see the freeway and Universal Studios from our window. Would definitely come back here and stay again, you cannot get any closer to Universal and that is the reason we were there. Room was spacious and bathroom was large

Overall it was a great experience I star it average with staff because one staff member treated us very poorly with snappy attitude, all other staff was wonderful and helpful, the stay was great.

The view was nice. Absolutely LOVED the shower and bathroom. Would love a full length mirror in the room for multiple guests getting ready. For almost $500 a night, breakfast should be included. Pool was nice. Easy to walk to Universal. Loved the bell hop. It would be nice if they provided an ice water station.

Early check in is mot availability due to high season, but at least there is a large lobby with charging outlets while you wait til 4pm

It was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle that goes to Universal Studios was very convenient. Uber service is very quick. Only downfall would be that it’s not a quick walk to anywhere else besides universal.

Hotel was very nice, in walking distance to unversal studios, and some fast food if you don't mind walking down a steep hill , our corner room had a nice view from 12 floor, easy self park for in and out needs.

It’s a bit expensive but would rather book this. The car is safe has tesla chargers. Walkable distance to universal park. Shuttle available every 20- 30 minutes. Nice pool hot tub. Gym available. Nice clean rooms. Perfect for universal visits.
