Staff was really kind but we had no hot water in our shower for 2/3 nights we started there. We were told to run the water for a half hour but that didn’t even work.

Cleanliness is important and there were areas of improvement needed. The filter in the furnace was filled with dirt from over a year and made the air quality terrible. Tv didn’t work either.

This probably was a nice hotel at one point, but it seems like it is deteriorating over time. The main entrance floor is chipped all over. The room had fruit flies, the TV was on the fritz, the water in the bathroom shower was warm enough to take a shower with out freezing and the refrigerator did not work. It felt more like I was staying in a 2nd rate motel.

Pretty crappy for the price they charge. Bathrooms off the lobby were disgusting and mostly non-functional. Cleaning staff saw us waking down the hall but blocked the path with their cart instead of allowing us to pass. Everything looked outdated and run down… mismanaged.

Property was in need of some TLC. Room was clean. Property was good location to highway. Denny’s right next door was convenient. Our room was very hot upon our arrival. I notified the desk and they said they would take care of it immediately. I should’ve known there was an issue when they had a portable fan running in the room. We went out for the evening, and when we came back, the AC had not been fixed and it was still very hot. I again notified the staff, who sent up someone to look at it. He said it should start working, but if not, he didn’t think they had another room to move us to. AC never started working. Needless to say, it was a pretty uncomfortable night trying to sleep before our 6 hour drive home.

They apparently rent parking for people traveling to the airport, so parking was a pretty far walk from an entrance. First set of elevators we got in, the doors would not close. The second set of elevators for rooms XXX-XXX, which our room fell within, did not provide access to our room. After another lengthy walk and taking the elevators back down, we found another set which “provided” access to our room, only to not be in operation. Another lengthy walk, and we finally found elevators that worked, although it was another VERY lengthy walk to our room, only to find our room key didn’t work. Another VERY lengthy walk back to the lobby, and the worker acted like I was at fault because “if they are near anything electronic they will deactivate”. I encountered 2 others who had the same issues. I will never stay at this location again.

Not enough staff to check people in-line was over 10 people deep with 2 people working. No/little AC in common areas so also sweating buckets in the line. No hot water in the room and instead of offering to fix it we were told “sorry for the inconvenience”. Nobody’s keys were working and I saw many guests coming back up to have them rekeyed. Restaurant charges $13 per person for a continental breakfast buffet that you would get free at nearly any other hotel chain. Do not recommend.

Common areas of the hotel seemed a little old and dated. Although it probably was clean; because it seemed old, it also seemed dirty. However, my room was very clean and updated, although my coffee maker in my room didn't work. I was in a rush and didn't have time to call for a new one.

My stay was not what I expected for a Wyndham property. I spent everyday getting new keys made for my door. Very frustrating. Staff stated this is normal for all doors. On my first day, I had no hot water. subsequently moved to a different room, upon entering the room the first thing I noticed was a soiled box spring. Moved back to original room for the night, then moved to another room the next day. With regard to the breakfast buffet, the potatoes were cold, the small boxes of cereal were stale and the food gone at 9:15, for a buffet that is to be served until 10:00 a.m., also coffee ran out. The staff overall was very helpful. The only true shining star was Melvin, our Front Desk Clerk. he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible every day he was on duty. He is to be commended.
The hotel itself is obviously very old, with attempted renovation over the years, but overall the hotel is clean.

Pros: close to the airport, airport transportation, park and fly
Cons: the hotel smells like old dirty water in many places, it’s very out dated, the mattress is hard and you can feel the springs, the water doesn’t get very hot and the shower head faucet whistles very loudly the entire time you are in the shower. Won’t stay again.

I hardly got any sleep because my room keys never worked they were switched out 3 times the maintenance man even let me in the room finally after the third time I was switched rooms not to mention I was already booked for a king but took a lesser room I feel I should’ve been switched after the second time the keys didn’t work other then that everything else was ok

I had a good stay, the staff were very professional and accommodating. My room was clean and smelled clean. I didn’t have to pay for parking. Only issue was the pool had too much chlorine my eyes burned for a whole day, and the hot tub lacked pressure from the jets. I will definitely stay here again and look forward to the upgrades being done!

This particular property was not its best. There were numerous issues starting the first day. No hot water, broken commode handle, and clogged sink. We couldnt relax due to the maintenance worker coming and out. However friendly, it was an inconvenience. I teleworked the next day, and the Business Center was unavailable. We received NO housekeeping the entire 3 night stay and we ended up with no hot water again. The room keys continued to no work and it was an inconvenience to not have a microwave in the room. The best part of the stay was the complimentary coffee at the restaurant. Just overall poor.

I was scheduled to stay 8/8-8/12, but the hotel had no power. The lack of power was not an issue as it was out of the hotel’s control. When I approached the desk and tried to check in, the employee was extremely short and rude. I said I was there to check in, he questioned that, I confirmed I wanted to check in. He response was “you can’t” I then had to ask why. We have no power was his response. When I asked when it would be back on. His short response was “14th”. Had he explained that there had been severe storms that had moved through taking out power I would have had no issue, but I had to pull all of the information from him through his arrogant attitude. I was also never contacted by the hotel or hotels.combo advise me I would not be able to stay at that hotel. Ended up paying almost double the price for a last minute reservation elsewhere.

Stayed at the hotel due to a flight cancellation. It would be good if the bar had stayed open later on Sunday night; a number of guests would have welcomed this too. Some confusion the next morning over the times of the shuttle to the airport. Staff are junior and not very experienced.

We were unable to check in due to a wifi failure, and the front desk said they were unable to issue keycards for the rooms. Staff did nothing to help us find accomodation and did not proactively contact us to let us know that we couldn't check in. Due to the late notice, there were no rooms available in our price range in Cleveland, and we ended up sleeping overnight in the airport. I also noticed that the front reception bathroom had several toilets out of commission. Avoid this property, it is poorly managed and unreliable for travellers.

The guy in the front with the glasses and colorful beads on his arm had a bad attitude, if you don’t want to help people, don’t work there! Made me run up and down the stairs 3 times because the key card was not working and the bathroom in the room was nasty, yellow towels and hairs in bath tub. When leaving not even a “thank you for staying with us” just “checking out?, what room?” Followed by a blank stare. Disgusting experience overall. Would recommend staying elsewhere

I booked and paid for this hotel over a month in advance! I got there a little bit early and I was told they couldn’t check in till after 3 even though I did pre check online. Came back and they had ONE person working to check in like 200 people!! It was a nightmare! I walked out, I called and told them I had an event to go to and did pre check and they said I was all set. When my son went to get the room keys they told him either a king with a pullout or nothing, when I paid for two queens and reserved it a month ago! They did this knowing all the hotels were sold out! Then the elevators were all messed up. We were on the 9th floor and had to take the stairs!! At one point we were stuck and pressed the button and called them and nothing! Luckily it moved and we got off and took the stairs. But this is unacceptable they should have called me weeks before if they knew they wouldn’t have the room I paid for and booked months in advance!! And this place wasn’t cheap!!

Experience Horrible. One hour and 57 minutes waiting in line to check in. Manager stayed in the back. Clerk rude. Sent me to a room finally! Key didn't work. Sent me back with a key. A family was already in the room. Clerk glared and screamed at me. A person in line (I didn't even know) told him he should be fired for speaking to me that way. Shouldn't carry the Wyndham name.!

This is an older hotel, that has not been kept up properly. There are Electric Vehicle Charging stations taking about 10 or more parking spaces. If you have to park in the back you have to walk into the road where cars are coming in and out there are no sidewalks to get to the front. Not all of the elevators worked. Unfortunately for me I picked the weekend of WWE Summer Slam to check into the hotel and it was very noisy and chaotic. The Front Desk staff is not consistent on their check out policies. The woman that checked us in told us that we could call down to the Front Desk when we check out and could leave our Keys in our room. When I called the front desk the man told me that I needed and that he preferred that I bring my keys back to the front desk. There was some kind of giant machine on the side of the hotel that seemed to be trying to filter the nasty backed up sewage/septic tank smell in the building.
