The property is in a great, safe, convenient location. Breakfast was great! The entire staff was friendly & helpful.

We had three different rooms in three nights. All of them far to hot (at night) due to outdated airconditioning system in the rooms. The hotel should NOT qualify for four stars until they fix this major problem.
Also the restaurant was under manned, which caused bad service.
The personell were nice and helpfull. The reception area is nice, but the rest of the hotel seems a bit outdated.

Good location and friendly staff, but the room was below expectations. No working AC, two single beds instead of a double, cleaning should be better.

It was a lovely experience for the child, he got a gift when we arrived and felt very special. We got a lovely room upgrade also and the breakfast was wonderful on the first morning. Dinner was not great at the restaurant, my salad was full of water on the bottom and was very soggy and children's buffet was mostly breakfast leftovers and a bit cold and not great tastewise. The hotel in general was amazing but spa was really crappy, a bit broken and dirty (so not worth the money). Our nice room was the best of the trip!

Unfortunately the AC in our room didn’t work. 24 degrees in the room and no window that could be opened we struggled to sleep. In addition there is a night club in the building closing at 5 in the morning - the beats sadly traveled into our room. Besides these unfortunate circumstances the staff was friendly, room was clean and breakfast good. Central location and convenient parking.

We booked a superior room and were very happy with it. The room had a spacious hall area for luggage and coats. A kettle and fridge (minibar) are in the room.

Elite Park Avenue is one of our preferred hotels when staying in Gothenburg. Great location and good parking nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast has a great selection and the service is top level. Nothing to complain about.

No soap in the shower (empty container) and the Heat/Air conditioning doesn’t work.

Upon arrival we were upgraded from a delux room to a junior suite (much appreciated). The room was well equiped and well maintained. Unfortunately the shower was quite small. To handle the television you need to be an engineer, which luckily is my proffession.
Breakfast was great nothing was missing.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay! The lift to the see skiing slopes is literally across the street along with a very nice store store where you can rent skiis for a discount. Also free parking and the house has a lovely bakery where you can buy freshly baked bread in the morning. Takes about 15 minutes to take the car to Ischgl and extremely convenient.

We were a group of 4 adult couples in Gothenburg for the hockey Champinship. The hotel was super close to the arena. 10 minute walk. Everything about the hotel was beyond our expectations. The British style below the hotel was a big hit

The room was very quiet and nice size. It is close to many restaurants and to the convention center. However, the bedding is too thin and the temperature can only to adjusted to 23 0C. It feels a little bit cold during the evening.

Lots of things were beoken in the room. The TV, the phone, things in the bathroom. No waste bin in the room, only in bathroom. Spent 12 min on my mobile phone waiting for the reception to answer without success.
The staff was good, but it is just not acceptable with all the broken things. I got a drink voucher. I will not be returning. The other Elite hotel in the city is much better.

Generally the hotel is great, staff are friendly and everything went smooth.
My only disappointment was the breakfast buffet, very poor and not so many choices. I invited three guests to join me for breakfast and the four of us were disappointed.
Another minor issue is that I’m a Golden Member with Hotels.com and I have got zero of the benefits at Elite, hope you pay more attention to your guests in that matter. Many thanks for this time.

Slow check in. Nice staff. The hotel needs a restoration. Couldn’t get the room cooler than 18C which is too warm to me to sleep in.

Although the hotel is dog and family friendly it is stylish and does not give a feel of being a kids hotel. We werde met with friendly staff, a huge family room and the most amazing breakfast. The kids were welcomed with a goodie bar including drawing pad and pencils, a teddy bear and a coupon for a kids drink at the bar. This allowed us adults to enjoy a drink at the bar as well with very excited kids who got to choose a special kids drink. The atmosphere is amazing and the location between city center and Liseberg is perfekt. We will be back!

Everything was good. Staff is super friendly and nice. They forgot to give us a baby cot after we asked twice, but we didn’t ask again. Overall it was a great stay.
