Love it!

Poll was small but just what the family needed to cool down and get ready for bed

This is an awesome hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were clean and well kept. Quiet area and you park your vehicle right outside your room.

The hotel was great overall. The only thing missing was a bathtub. It only had a shower.

Perfect for walking to downtown Wickenburg but we’re beginning to think Best Westerns aren’t like they used to be. Our key wouldn’t work after numerous trips to the office and phone calls and this morning I went into the bathroom and there was a 2” cockroach to greet me. And don’t bring your pet if you want to go to dinner, because you can’t leave them in the room alone.

It was a good experience overall.

you can tell the property is old but the cleanness could have been better, there was stuff all over the walls & the grounds in the bathroom weren’t very clean.

My husband and I and other family members have stayed her several times. Never disappointing. They have great free breakfasts in the morning with a very good selection of food.😁

So when I checked in the lady with dark hair I didn’t see her name tag was rude she handed me a paper to sign and I am one that reads before I sign , I had a hard time wading the 3 rd spot to initial with out my reader glasses on she snatched it from my hand and proceeded to read it to me like I was stupid! Then a gentleman was in the lobby having family issues on the phone she yelled at him and told him to leave cuase he was drunk , he wasent drunk at all got my key and left for the room , the walls in the bathroom of room 203 needs painted bad , coffee maker didn’t work and leaked water all over . I over paid for this room I won’t be back due to paying 258 a night only choice in town and rude staff . The guy working young kid was nice but the other lady she was rude there were 2 women one was shorter than the rude one she actually stepped in she was nice . But the other she needs to cool her jets or be fired I won’t have someone treat me like I am stupid .

The first room they gave us was not in the main hotel…. We couldn’t get the door to open and you could hear the smoke alarm chirping. Went back and gave us another room and it smelled so bad we couldn’t have stayed in it. We were finally given a room in the main hotel and it was fine for the night. The hotel room was $191 for the night which is way overpriced for this quality of hotel.

Quaint and older property. Room was comfortable and quiet. Easy to walk to restaurants and explore the town

Breakfast was great. Checkin was great, making a reservation was great.

I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and I contacted the property directly to do so. They told me I had to go through Expedia. Contacted Expedia and they tried several times to contact property to help me cancel and nobody answered. I lost my money because of this. Several other people on my team were able to cancel and get their money back, but i lost mine due to no response from hotel.

It was close to the museum. it is old but clean enough
