Was a great place to stay.

The man at the lobby/front desk was the nicest person. I left my key with my husband who was still out with friends. He remembered me and quickly gave me a spare. Earlier my husband was turning the handle of our hotel door the wrong way and mistaking thinking it was broken. The guy in the office never made us feel stupid (although we are!). He was helpful and so very kind. I appreciate it! Good coffee inn the morning too.

The room was small but was clean. Didn’t realize that it was like a motel 6 instead of a typical hotel! The pool was cold and not heated, hot tub was lukewarm but the slide was fun to go down. For the price it was okay but probably won’t be coming back to stay here in the future. This was the first hotel that I have stayed at with a 8ft 6 inch deep pool so if you have little kids make sure they have life jackets and your kids know how to swim!

Staff was friendly and informative! The lobby is homey and warm. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. So most things were decent for the price.
I rated a bit low because of the pool. We chose this hotel based on the pool. The pool and water slide were FREEZING! The hot tub was luke warm. The floor was slippery and chipping paint which stuck to our feet and there were no towels.

We couldn't use the pool or spa at all as it was broken. The heat in the room was unable to be turned down so slept with no blankets, and oor room was next to an exteroir door for guest to go tothe second floor rooms that slammed so hard when anyone went in or out it shook the wall. Do not stay in room 35!!!

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable. The pool however, was freezing. Even the hot tub was not hot!

This was an incredible deal for the price. Great room with good service. Breakfast was good. Many choices. Pool and waterslide were wonderful. The price was the least I have paid for a room in the last five years.

The floor in the pool area is chipping off throughout the entire pool room. There are rugs scattered throughout. The paint chips coming off the floor are all over in the hot tub and pool. The rest of the building where the rooms are below was dirty. The entrance did not lock so anyone could come and go any time of the night. The young girl who changed our bedding shared that most often she has to clean up needles so a stained sheet was a nice change. The ac filter wasn’t able to cool the room which made it difficult to sleep. I will never use another Quality Inn and suites!

Pictures do not show that it's an older motel in a seperate building from the lobby and breakfast area.
Pool area would be a very cool, big slide, but was very unkept, unclean & needs repairs...garbage, food, just dirty & gross, peeling floors, etc. No towels. Good potential but need some love & cleaning.

The AC was to noisy, it affected our sleep. The outside door sticks, but it was very neat and clean. Loved the space to walk our dog. Breakfast was great just like the more expensive hotels. With a little updating it would be like the most expensive hotels in the area. We would try it again, hopefully a little quieter next time.

The mattress was not the best. The comforter was torn on the edges. The pool looks old. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast offered a lot of choices. The room was clean.

Normally, this is our 'Go To' place in DL. I love the privacy and pet allowance. However, we were charged MUCH more than the quoted room rate. We were quoted $92 on Expedia but when we got on site, we were charged $164 for a Thursday night. Even though this place is quaint, it is not worth that price. That is what they charge on a weekend day at the Holiday Inn right next door which is nicer.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. the room was ok for cleanliness. Pool was cloudy and did not seem like it was clean. The gym was in good condition and kept up nice. Weird smell in the hallway and room. Ice machine didn’t work and the doors to the hotel hallway wouldn’t lock. Breakfast was alright. For the high last minute price I paid and the condition and cleanliness of the property I would not be staying again.

We had a great stay! I especially want to thank Kent who was manning the front desk when we got in, exhausted from a long day. I was so tired I had forgotten I had provided my friend’s name for his room, and so thought they didn’t have both. After patiently helping to figure it out, we got settled. Great base for exploring the area, and very good value.

The pool was murky and the kids didn’t want to use it even with the water slide, which was why i booked this hotel. I liked that the pool room was accessible from the second and first floor, but we didn’t use it because of the cloudy water.
The room seemed very damp and the air conditioner could hardly keep up with the heat. The A/C was not dehumidifying at all. We did not ask for a different room, so it may have been an isolated problem.
The building exterior was set up like a motel, but the interior had hallways where you enter the rooms from inside the building. It was nicely decorated and the elevator worked well. However, the side door did not lock as it should have which compromised our sense of security.
The continental breakfast was abundantly stocked with many options, and it had a waffle and pancake station as well. The breakfast room was charming with plants growing outside the windows and a balcony to look out onto.

The staff were amazing from check in to check out. They were friendly, helpful and made the stay great. The property is older but kept up really well. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before - only for the cost. The biggest issue is the doors! There is a door from the outside and a door from the interior. Neither one ever works! We stood in the rain yesterday twice trying to get into the room! These has been a constant problem for the past 2 years we have stayed! In the winter we froze because the heat didn’t work - lo and behold when we checked out there was a padlock on the unit outside! Plus we could only unlock the door from the interior, then unlock the door to let my husband in! This is a big problem!
We only stay here because of the cost! Family members live here so we travel for holidays.
If they could solve the issue of the doors it would be a more enjoyable experience

Hot tub does not work. Luke warm water. Slide shut down and filthy. Kiddy umbrella sprinkler not working. Disappointed!! Tripped on metal frame in hot tub that floated up and I didn’t realize it! Very dangerous.
