This place is a dump.

Property is super outdated. Especially the rooms on 5th floor. You won’t really notice while in the lobby, but the rugs in the room are old/stained. Enough said.

The place is under construction, so updates are coming during our visit everything in our room was rough. The carpets had huge stains, the bathtub was rusted. We had booked a room for 3 kids and 2 adults and the listing said sleeps 5 but there were just 2 full-sized beds. No crib, no pull-out, no cot. I spoke to reception and the women barely paid attention to my question. There was no one to wait on but me as it was 12:30 am, but she appeared to not care about the missing bed. I only interacted with one other employee who saw me returning a luggage cart and he was super friendly. Maybe it was a bad day for the women at reception.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Great bar service. Great parking. Able to find room when everything was overbooked.

Our room had wet spots in the carpet, headboard was damaged, bathroom had no fan and needs updating, and the AC was loud and sounded like an old plane taking off. The room was spacious but lacked warmth and comfort in decoration. It defintely needs to be updated. Ok for a night if you're in the area and passing through.

It was not the cleaness in the common areas the rooms where very nice and clean. Ut they need to work on the rest of the place

The property was very outdated. Staff was ok. Bus load of men stayed in the hotel were fighting and pounding on hotel room doors yelling & swearing . Was very scary for me and my family who were also staying there. Cops were called it was that scary !

Had a lovely stay. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the facilities were kept clean. Only complaint is one evening we got in late and the television didnt seem to connect late at night for some reason. Also, the hot water at the sink made the water cloudy...

It was for a meet up with a friend for a threesome. The hotel is dated and we were disappointed that there was no room service. We had so much fun though, it did not matter that much.

The room was extremely outdated and smelled musky. Hotel needs a room refresh as I stayed in a suite. The hotel itself was well presented and clean.

It was raining and dark when I arrived, ther were no lights in the parking lot and I have trouble finding the entrance to the hotel from Route 9.

Hotel was very outdated. Staff was very polite and kind room was very clean and it’s day. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous now it just needs a lot of updating.

I chose your hotel because it was pet-friendly and it was close to the location where I picked up a rescue puppy that I had adopted.

Bad housekeeping. Unsanitary rooms. Rude staff. Limited English spoken. Bad overpriced restaurant . Thin walls. Uniformed staff. One microwave per floor which was at the end of hallway and dirty. Broken ice machines. Dirty towels. No soap. Can go on but why bother. Sheraton should be ashamed of this property. I stayed there five years ago and it was immaculate. Does corporate ever visit this place? Or are they busy… oh and no pools. Indoor and outdoor closed without explanation.

The staff was amazing, and the food in the restaurant was really good; however, during our stay, one elevator was out of order while a dance competition was taking place, causing a slight inconvenience and the hallways were a little cold. I should mention that the hotel is connected to another hotel that also has an elevator that could be used. Overall the hotel is very spacious and well decorated with tons of parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

Why only one facecloth for two people? We had to wait for elevator because only one was working?

I drove a long way for my granddaughters competition and I can’t even take a hot shower…what a big inconvenience I want my money back!!

Great stay at Dance competitioh.For Dance Mom and Dance Grandma. Our only issue was when the heating came on, it sounded like a Boeing 747 landing in the room and it was just after I went to bed, so I thought a plane was going to come through the window. We turned the heat off entirely to stop the noise. We did turn back on again, but we were then awake and could deal with the noise.

I tried to share my concerns with the customer care and was clearly not taken seriously. They wanted to give me 10k points for the experience. The elevators were broken, my suite did not have any bedding for the pull out bed, the parking lot was flooded and the convention center clearly smelled of mold/mildew. There were obvious water leaks. The mold or mildew was so bad that I needed medication for the two nights we were there just to take the edge off my sinuses so I was able to breath easier. The bedding didn’t show up until almost 1am. Out of the four elevators, two worked properly but were on the other side of the hotel. I emailed a complaint to customer care and what I received was an “I’m sorry” and “as a 1 time gesture, I asked that you would be credited 10k points to use at your next stay”. Well, I paid $560, and why would I ever want to book again with them? So the points are useless. I feel as though some reimbursement is in order at this point.

Hi, the front desk gentleman that checked us in was very polite and pleasant, so was the waitress at the restaurant, all very kind. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. However, the parking situation was not good, we had to park very far and I had 2 young kids. We were leaving early in the morning on the following day, around 5 am, it was still dark and I felt very unsafe having to walk all the way around the property in the dark with the kids to get to our car. I was told there was a dance competition that would end late at night and then the parking lot would empty, but I was not going to leave at midnight to move the car closer. Priority parking should be given to the people staying in the hotel instead of the people only there for an event.

Worn out and uncomfortable mattress tight next to the highway so lots of road noise and revving engines. Confusing to get in and out of the parking lot
