I had a wonderful stay from Aug 22 to Sep 2nd. Brandy and Chad were great help with issues I needed help with. Thanks to all the housekeeping, and all the people who helped me while I was there there I really appreciated it and will plan to stay again in the future initiate

No elevator but employees were helpful and rooms were very clean

My husband & I stayed one night. Room was very clean. Needs some decor & even though you could tell it had been refurbished, wish they would’ve installed ADA toilet (it was like a toilet in a school or daycare). Breakfast was great! Great staff & delicious chocolate chip cookies to greet you. Will definitely stay again!

There were a few hairs on the wall in the shower. Other than that, the bathroom was clean. The room was dated but seemed clean. The linens smelled fresh. The breakfast was awful. Almost everything was empty and what was there was cold. Juice was empty. Waffle batter empty. Milk empty. Only 2 yogurts. When the front desk person was told about the empty items, it seemed to be a huge inconvenience to do anything. She did not refill anything while we were in the breakfast area

It was clean and cozy. The pool kind of needed some sprucing up. It had lots of bag worms hanging everywhere. It was great for 1 night. Good breakfast too.

Our room and the lobby were clean but the area around the ice machine had a small pile of dirt. There is no elevator so if you can't do stairs requst a first floor room.

This was supposed to be a smoke free hotel. The lobby the halls and the room all smelled of smoke. The A/C was ancient and failed to dehumidify

It was in a good location near the highway and had access to charging stations

Clean and nice people

Great stay at an excellent hotel. I’m especially glad for the hot eggs and sausage offered for breakfast! Some hotels have little or no gluten free options for those with allergies so I chose this hotel specifically because of their breakfast selection.

Clean rooms

Normal 2 star experience. The room was clean but smelled humid probably because of not being used for a while. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Decent location off the highway.

Clean and comfortable

The front desk associate was rude. Not only did I have to totally recheck in after doing it on line the lady charged me another $45 dollars for early check in after it had been paid. There is a no smoking sign in the lobby and the entire place smelled like a big cigarette

Hotel was absolutely fine. Room was nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast was pretty good - especially make your own waffles. We had a crying baby in a room near ours who woke me several times during the night, but I can’t blame the hotel for that. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite. The area outside the property is weed-filled and not attractive, but that was relatively less important to me.

The toilet is broken in room 227. I had to fix it myself. Then my wife went to purchase food for the microwave. It is broken, does not heat (I assume the heat element is out). I use a cane to walk and this place has no elevator. I was told that all the rooms on the first floor are required to be given to people with dogs. Although we were late getting here I would think that people with handicaps would get room assignments on the first floor. What if I was in a wheelchair? I do believe this violates the Americans Disability Act and will report this. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, however this place had a good rating and I expected it to be close to the rating but to me it clearly was not. I would like a refund or credit for my experience at this property.

We had reserved a room with two queen beds and upon arrival and check in we thought everything was fine. However, when we went to the room it had not been cleaned or made up (there were dirty towels every where, the bed where not made, etc.). We went back to the front desk and she went to check on another room which it turned out had also not been cleaned. She then told us that there was only one other available room which was a king bed and that she would get us a rolling cot. I was traveling with my two teenagers and it was very uncomfortable for one of us to have to sleep on that rolling cot. The person at the front desk was friendly and apologetic but never offered us anything to make up for the inconvenience (a discount or something else). We also noticed that all of the garbage containers throughout the hotel were full and overflowing so we wondered if they are having a hard time with cleaning staff.

You have to go through part of Steak & Shake parking lot to the motel. Rooms dated but clean.

Excellent customer service

Check in was a nightmare. Although we had done online check-in and let the hotel know that we would be arriving late in the evening, the room we were given hadn't been cleaned and the next two they tried to let us into were OCCUPIED. Luckily, it appeared that one of the beds in the uncleaned room appeared that it had not been slept in so we have up and slept there.

The owner was friendly. Pool was warm. Safe area. Affordable price

Very clean. Great staff. Good breakfast.
