Great place with friendly staff.

The desk clerk, Patrick, was so nice and helpful. Sometimes clerks act bored out of their minds and are not very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there.

The door locked me out an hour before check out. It took half an hour for them to get it open

I stay in alot of hotels traveling. This one was 1 of the cleanest and best smelling I've stayed in along time!!!

This was about as expected for the price. It wasn't bad, probably average cleanliness and maybe a little on the older/dingy side but adequate. It wasn't overly noisy. I was not able to try the breakfast in the morning but it looked very busy there when I was checking out. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was very pleasant, though I was hit with an extra $15 per night pet fee that was not specified up front when I booked the room, so that wasn't great. They have a coin-operated laundry that worked fine. No one could tell me how long the wash or dry cycles were, which was surprising, but it worked fine so I can't complain much. Overall I would consider booking again. Remember that extra pet fee though!

The chair in our room looked like it had been pulled out of a dump. Loopsided, threadbare and dirty.

My room had cobe webs all over the lamp shades. The phone was covered in yellow sticky stuff. Their was a hole in the shower curtain. And the bedding smelt and felt damp like they didn't get dried completely. My phone rang every hour twice then hung up. It was loud outside sounded like metal bangs

This property while cheaper than others offered not much positive. The staff wasn’t friendly & found to be inappropriately dressed. Wearing a wife beater tank and gym shorts the staff at check in barely even spoke. While going through checkin process one person in party had to use restroom but we were told they were for employees only. If check in was quick this might not have been an issue but speed isn’t one of the qualities. Unofficial signage at the pool saying that there was a $200 fine if any rules were broken. Breakfast was not much; a waffle maker, hard boiled egg and some bagels and bread. Coffee wasn’t available at all the second day and the first day they ran out. I don’t expect the same accommodations as a 5star hotel but I do expect some courtesy. I would not recommend this place as the price isn’t worth it. We could hear every vehicle that drove by, curtains didn’t close so lights came shining through windows and doors didn’t close fully allowing light in on both sides of the room.

Stayed for a couple of nights and this location was perfect. The staff was professional and accommodating. I was moved to a different room due to an issue with the a/c unit and both rooms were very clean and comfortable. I felt safe, as well. I will mention that the second floor room I was given provided a bit more peace and quiet, as it wasn’t next to the exit door and the ice machine like the first one. If I stay here again, I’ll know to ask for a room away from high entering/exiting traffic.

There were some things that need fixed in the room but other than that it was a great stay.staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful!!! The beds are one step away from feeling like concrete. They creak when you move and feel like the springs are pressing on your back. I woke up so sore.

Just no. Second well rated property I've stayed at this month only to arrive to a dirty room, busted bathroom floor, and too many questionable stains to mention. Many duct tape repairs. Staff was pleasant. Studio suite was roomy - those are my 2 positives.

Had a great stay at this hotel, this was our second time staying there. We picked it the first time because it is pet friendly and it was very clean and comfortable. Even though we didn’t have our pet with us this time we knew what to expect from this hotel so we picked it again.
