They have really done a lot of good work remodeling this place. Rooms nice (for the $ of course). The only thing was that (at least my room) really needed a lamp. Only one overhead light so it was really dark.

The room was old they need to update it. The toilet paper roll was almost empty. Usually they are full. The maids were right outside the room talking at 7:30 am

It was fine. Sheets had burn holes, few burn marks on sink & bath tub. We were at Bonanza raceway. So just a place to sleep.Lady at check in was very nice.

Ok for an overnight stop. Convenient near the highway. Dated, some wear and tear. Only a bar of soap for the shower.

Nice clean and safe around the property i used to stay here years ago n i didnt care for it due to fights being loud all night and drug dealers and addicts they remolded and cleaned it up now its nice quiet no drugs the new owners did amazing

it is a nice hotel inside. they are pet friendly which is nice alot of places say they but here is no deposit and other places have u sign a bunch of papers and here dont u can let ur animals in the room while ur at work and if they bark or howl u dont get a bunch of phone calls saying u need to b with the animals cuz of them barking my dogs love it here

My husband and myself book here for our jobs being close and it is a nice place to stay for visiting family ect we enjoy it here

the room is great and so are the housekeepers and 2 of the women at the front desk the skinny guy not so much they are pet friendly but no bags to pick up their feces i bring my own bags the guests should clean up after their pets but they dont

Fine hotel for the price. I've stayed there before and came back again. The rooms are fairly newly remodeled and comfy as was the bed.

Room was very clean! Stay would have been perfect except for the snow cleanup. They scraped the parking lot outside our room for quite a while after midnight. And after we had a very tough 10 hour drive through a snowstorm, that got us there at 6:00 pm. Not sure why they needed to start in the middle of the night.

When I first got there they give me someone else room. Then they couldn't get another one that I need so I had to get a smaller one.Then the toilet was broke the mirror was cracked and the lighter fixture need to be replaced. They need to really do a lot of updates to this hotel. I will never stay there again I m glad it was just for one night.everything is old and ran down. Nothing was clean the sinks was so backed up.i couldn't even take a bath the next morning I got up and left. I wouldn't let my stay there it's not even fit for one

Well I can say the room was clean and it's a quiet area and I Enjoyed my stay!! Will definitely go back Only thing is When the cops were there looking for a missing baby in the room next to me Now that made me Very Sad!!! Prayers that they found the baby....

We stayed in this hotel because the Super 8 Hagerstown sucked to say the least. Didn't get our money back but we could not stay there this place was great a lot of stuff new good security good lighting felt safe

My stay would have been much better if the motel was further away from a very busy highway, lots of road noise on a Saturday night. There is a shopping mall right across the street from the motel with many places to eat.

The only good thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower. The floor was dirty. The air conditioner and refrigerator both took all night to get cold. The room smelled absolutely terrible and the windows were bolted shut so you couldn’t get it aired out. There was a hole in the shower wall. There was pubic hair on the “clean” bath towels. The wifi constantly went in and out.

Before you unpack inspect the room 1st, they are sometimes not been cleaned, or something doesn't work. AC, not efficient, and is set to not go below 66, which feels more like 75.
Excellent if you have animals, or are waiting for a house to open up. Just don't expect much from front desk, they just take your money. Be sure to have a cash 50 deposit ready. .and if your asked to change rooms expect to be watched and hovered over till it's done

You get what you pay for. Decent room. Laminate floors (no carpet, yay!). There's a railroad track at the far end and depending on your closeness to it, it's a bit loud and rattle-y. But I didn't hear/feel it overnight, so that's good. No coffee maker or hairdryer, but there's a microwave and fridge.
