Lovely hotel except for shower. Very small. Only curtain & not very attractive.

We were told we booked the small room, got the room on the corner wasn’t small at all! What a cute room! I would gladly stay in it a week or more.

Just an average hotel. We got in late and had to leave early so didn’t get much of a chance to explore the area.

The room I had was on the back side of the property. It had very poor internet connectivity which was something I had called to inquire about prior to booking and was told it was great. There was a large gap between the door and door frame where flies and wasps were getting into the room. They did end up moving me me but I was not comfortable here

Some stains on the sheets and rips in comforters on both beds. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. There was a lot of flies and wasps outside the doors by parking lot. The kitchenette really didn't have much for utensils and pans. Had to buy a knife because there's was dull and no cutting board.

The only concern was that there is no elevator and had to carry our luggage to the second floor, the breakfast and facilities were very good and clean, would stay here again.

The room was in back side of building, they had garbage container there and we had real problem with wasps... terrible. The pillows in the room were bad...

rooms were nice and if I needed something they always helped. pipes were a bit noisy

We were situated at the back of the building where all the recycle and garage containers are. Your not looking at a tidy area for sure. The other thing was the bed. Very uncomfortable.

Our room was filthy!! You had to keep your shoes on in the room as the floor was filthy. We couldn't wear shoes to bed, so when you had to walk on these filthy floors your feet came out black from the dirt. This was a pet friendly room we were forced into even though we had ne pet and wanted to be moved. The Hotel refused. We ended up with flea bites and a allergic reaction to the dog dirt and hair in the room. This on top of torn sheets as well. The breakfast in this hotel was the WORST that we have experienced on our weeks of travel so far. We will never return to this horrible hotel.

Shower was dingy, awkward and small, floors were very dirty but everything else was good

Check in was good and the room we were given was around the back, away from the street, and quite large. I appreciated no carpet and having a chair to sit in. The bathroom had a very old, TINY shower but good water pressure. That night there was a very loud concert around the corner so we weren’t able to sleep until 10:30 but they did obey the quiet hours.

Overall great and easy. But no hand soap in the bathroom which was a pet peeve.

This was a one night stop while driving from Waterton to Vancouver. Pros: Room was large! Tons of room for all our gear including a separate little area with a mini fridge (with a freezer that worked!), microwave, small sink, and coffee pot. The AC was awesome (it was over 100 degrees F/39C! The breakfast was lovely and just enough without being overwhelming. Cons: Our room was in the back (initially a huge pro so we didn't hear any road noise). The amount of flies and bees surrounding our vehicle was a nuisance but it was the smell of the dumpsters nearby that was nauseating. I'm guessing this is only a summer issue due to the heat. It didn't bother me as much as it did my husband. I would stay again but my husband said no way. The staff was lovely and hard working. I appreciated their attention to detail and getting us checked in a few minutes early.

Window in first room wouldnt close and had no lock, also smelt like musty cigarettes.Secondary lock on main door was broken.Second rooms floors were filthy, our feet were black from walking on it.Front desk was rationing out ice, and they didnt seem to see a problem with the first rooms window issue.Beer can in lot the entire 3 days we were there.Breakfast was very basic.would not stay again.

Very nice Hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

What to say about this place… I have been travelling from hotel to hotel for 6 days when we arrived at this location. This location was no worse or better than any of the other hotels I stayed at. I am traveling with two licensed service dogs. We are from Ontario but apparently this hotel only accept BC registered service dogs and wanted a fee. This was a first for us but to be honest I didn’t care about the fee and just wanted to get to my room, we were exhausted. But it took me about a half an hour before that happened and $240 in deposits and fees ON TOP of what I already paid on Expedia. The room itself was nice. Clean. Shower was hot. And breakfast was good. The front desk staff, each one I met, were cranky, rude, not a smile to be had, and just gave a very off putting feeling. The one lady even stared my daughter down as she was getting her breakfast. It was just odd. For this, I was not the biggest fan. If you don’t care about having nice staff or the $200 deposit you have to wait a week to get back, and it’s all about the room. Then I would say go for it.
