Location of the hotel was not suitable for me. Room light was too dim. Room did really heat up for me. Didn’t stay rebook with best western plus. Hotel was not well lit. Too dim for me.

Really liked the room. However I think if the hotel isn’t full you should never use the rooms near the elevators. Really noisy and not from people but the engine in the elevator.

Employees were friendly and welcoming. Renee, the breakfast attendant did the best job of any hotel breakfast I have ever seen. She was always busy doing something but not too busy to be helpful. Friendly and smiling like she loved her job. :) She was right on it when someone left a table, to get it cleaned for the next guest. Hot food was hot, hot water was not boiling (or hot enough to make a good cup of tea). Food was never in short supply.
Room - bed was squishy so a bit difficult to move around, pillows too small and thin and the lighting in the bathroom was TERRIBLE. No Fan in the bathroom was very unpleasant.
Great location and helpful to have the Downtown shuttle access. Airport shuttle would be nice to have.

It was alright. Convenient for Opryland and central Nashville. Accommodation in Nashville is expensive and this place is reasonably priced. Coffee and donuts in the morning were above average. The pool was clean. All of the staff that we encountered were really nice.

Loved loved and will definitely stay again the shuttle to Broadway was awesome the driver guy was very friendly. The front desk people were friendly . Beds are comfortable and rooms are roomy . Loved the breakfast and the breakfast lady is unbelievably sweet funny outgoing she made my day . We walked to Nashville palace. A lot of walkable restaurants. See you next year .

My go to hotel in Music Valley. Everything is always as expected. Clean room, quiet, breakfast bar and coffee is good. Close to everywhere I want to be. Also the room rate is hard to beat. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The location was convenient yet away from the craziness of the downtown area but did have mane enjoyable venues nearby. We enjoyed the great breakfast every morning and especially looked foward to the extremely friendly and attentive host whenever she was working. The only criticism I can come up with is the lack of umbrellas poolside making it hard to enjoy with no shade.Overall happy with our weeklong stay at the end of August 2024

Property was well kept hotel was nice and clean. Only issue we had was that had a power outage and nobody remember to reset the boiler so no hot water for a few hours but other than that all in all very good experience.
