We were traveling for a soccer game. I’m off the parents called the hotel, told the clerk we would need several rooms,be arriving late in the afternoon , asked if there was a pool & if they had restaurant & breakfast? The clerk said Yes to everything. Great. Because of this, we all booked at the Marriott. Well, the pool closed at dusk because the lights we broken, the restaurant was closed because there wasn’t anyone to cook, the bar/lounge was closed because there’s no bartender & on & on. We didn’t expect this from the Marriott. We’d stayed at the Marriott in Santa Rosa recently & it was incredible & when we told the clerk that we were disappointed about the pool being closed she said we should have called first which was the first thing we did & reason we stayed there.

My family seems like we are always on the go go go. We've been in desperate need of a vacation. When memorial day weekend started we felt we should be on a vacation. Marriott Bon Voy fit the bill. Eventhough we stayed at the one in our town, the Mariott made us feel like we were miles away.

Not greated as a guest, but amazed that I was seemingly an inconvenience. Wow, this was after I asked her how her day was going? Otherwise the stay was pretty awesome. Half of the hotel was being renovated. I do feel that businesses should state this upfront and warn guests ahead of time.

Requested a quiet room on the day of booking but never got it. It was a challenge to sleep from noisy guest upstairs above our room. We got tired listening & fell asleep by 2am with the help of sleeping pills. They gave us free breakfast but the yogurt was expired 10 days ago 😆. Hope they check what they serve from the display soon. The room needs more cleaning the wall, furniture & bathroom have some fingerprints & dust. The bed was okay but the pillows needs to be replace.

Bathroom in my room was outdated. Bed was saggy. Limited dining options and not the best quality food for the price. Nice and professional servers and front desk personnel.
Construction going on made the experience a little less enjoyable.

Thoughtful, helpful staff. I was staying there when the rains hit. I was contemplating whether to drive the 400+ miles back to L.A. I asked the desk staff what she thought. She checked her cell phone for projected weather & road conditions. She set my mind at ease and provided valuable insight. Greatly appreciated.

The air conditioner in our first room was noisy and going out, they graciously changed our rooms.
My only other point is that the towels in the first room were very thin, the ones in our second one were plush and great.

The room was nice but the walls were very thin. We could hear loud conversation in the room next door late into the night. Most of the parking and entrance / exits were blocked off for tree trimming that was right outside our window in the early morning. Pool was very chemically and patio furniture was very worn out. Hot tub was large and pretty nice tho. It was not very nice for a Marriott.

Beautiful resort! I only wish it had a gym. I like to start my days with a workout and this isn't a place I'd run outdoors due to the crocs. A resident told me that there are crocs in the area

The main part of the room looked updated and beds were comfortable. TV was tiny and couldn’t read the guide from the bed. Bathroom was extremely outdated with dirty floors. Fingerprints all over the door handles. No central air and is the old school outdoor fan that runs for 5 minutes then stops since it only reads the air temperature right by the AC. Pool and hot tub were nice but chlorine was not properly balanced and it smelled funky. Likely won’t stay here again.

Arrived at 4 pm. Had to wait 15 min to check-in. Room was not ready. Large and very loud group in the lobby. No elevator, only stairs to get to the second floor.

The room was large and comfortable. Many restaurants nearby. The only complaint is the desk staff, 3 different people, who all said the hotel was sold out for Saturday night and we couldn’t add a night. I went on line secured another night at the hotel on my own. You would think they would want customers. In the end someone was kind and even allowed us to stay in the same room. The other staff said pack up and come back at 300 for the new room.
