After staying 2 nights in another hotel in Ky., this Hilton Hotel was beyond wonderful. We were given a disabled room, as requested. It was spacious and the bed so very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay. The only thing that would have been better was if there was a hot tub.

It was an overnight stay on our way to Myrtle Beach. The hotel lobby was beautiful and lounge and restaurant were good too. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as well

The hotel was clean and provided easy access to the interstate-40. There is a restaurant, Aubery's Papermill, right behind the hotel and a Waffle house within a very short walk.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast set up. I paid for the breakfast when I booked the room, $10 per person.
The selection was very limited and before we could sit down the slapped a $36 bill on the table. I had to get up and go over to the front desk to verify that we had purchased the breakfast.
The price and poor selection was a definite turn off. You get the same breakfast at any hotel for free. No more Hilton for us.

Needed a room last minute. Needed a room last minute and it was kind of a stressful situation because we were in town for a funeral and needed some space.
The staff were so welcoming and understanding!The room was spacious and seemed very technologically advanced. Loved the electronic blackout curtains and shade. wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The hotel staff was very friendly and the property was clean and quiet. The only minor issue was that a foot piece to the rower in the gym needed to be replaced.

The property was very nice and clean. Great customer service! I forgot my fan from home and front desk brought me a sound machine to the room. We came back from concert late and parking was hard to find, only 2 spaces left.

The rooms are clean and well kept. I like that the bed linens are soft and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a great assortment of delicious foods.

There was an issue with the hotel canceling my reservation in the beginning however they made up for it and also provided me with Ed discount and three breakfast. Our room was nice. The bathroom had a little leaking problem so there was water all over the floor but other than that, it was a good experience for one night.

New hotel very close of all the areas of Knoxville. It is a little bit noisy because it is close of the interstate. Swimming pool is great and the kids enjoyed it.

This was an overnight stay en route to relocate near family. Our first experience with a Hilton Garden Inn. We were impressed. Fresh and clean design with spacious room with a wonderful shower, clean and functional room. Onsite bar and restaurant with nice diner menu, drinks and a tasty breakfast. This could be our first choice going forward!
