The experience at the hotel front desk was disappointing due to the impolite demeanor of the staff. Their lack of courtesy was evident, making the check-in process unpleasant. Additionally, the overall quality of the hotel did not meet expectations, with several aspects falling short of basic standards.
The facilities appeared poorly maintained, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay. The combination of unprofessional service and subpar amenities resulted in a negative impression of the hotel.

We stayed for a wedding, everyone was superb and looked after us so well. We cant thank everyone enough for an amazing stay.

The hotel ocation is good as it is very close to the JR station and umie shopping mall.
The triple room is big and its view is nice as well. But it is a bit hot in the room, even turn on the air conditioner to 20 degrees (which is already the lowest degree you can abjusted).

If you like modern amenities like Wi-Fi, an outlet by your bed, and unstained carpets, this is not the place for you.

Very outdated and overpriced. I needed to change my reservation to a day later and the charge was tripled! Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was way too hot with no way to lower the temperature. The location however was excellent.

the air-con cannot function in the room. when calling to the counter, there send a fan into my room. the hotel is only look nice.

nice but if you want to use the spa as “onsen” following the picture advertisement , you need to pay more additional. it is not free when you should to stay.

It's a great hotel. The deluxe room we stayed has beautiful harbor view. It's very convenient since we could walk easily to the harbor with shopping mall, great restaurants, and souvernir shops. You should buy Kobe speciaty which is chocolate with strawberry inside. It took 18 minutes to take train to the world's famous longest bridge. So beautiful.

Good stay. A later-than-usual check-out time was excellent - allowed me to visit Himeji Castle on the morning of the day I checked out without having to take my luggage. I would have liked two portions of creamer and sugar for both a daily coffee and daily tea.

Spacious hotel room which is about 10 minutes walk to Anpanman Museum. We enjoyed our stay there. We also experienced early check-in which is a plus point for the hotel. Some hotels strictly do not provide early check-in even the rooms were available. There is a family mart store just below the hotel, so it is very convenient if you need to get some snacks or drinks during your stay.
